The number of [Debilitation] stacks increase based on the charge level. - Level 1: 5 stacks - Level 2: 10 stacks - Level 3: 20 stacks [Debilitation] Each hit on a [Debilitated] enemy removes one stack of [Debilitation], dealing additional damage equal to 25% of Attack. This effect also applies to attacks that do not inflict [Debilitation].
