Shaman AP PvE Build
- High Single Target DPS
- Fun to Play
- Easy to Play
- Low Mobility
- Low AOE Damage
Overview
This Shaman PVE Build focuses on high AP and having high HP to boost survivability and also damage thanks to Life Force Augmentation which boosts damage based on how much HP you have. Both high AP and HP pairs perfectly with the high attack speed of the build, playing well into
Elemental Mastery, helping deal more damage.
Skill Bar

Rip Apart: This is your primary damage skill, but remember it has two phases. On the first cast, you leap onto your target (and interrupt spell channel), dealing damage and reducing their resistances. The second cast lets you dash away, which can be used defensively to avoid damage. Thanks to
Accelerated Assault, the dash also grants increased attack speed, allowing you to dish out high burst damage in a short time while also applying a bleed with
Rending Knuckles.
Totemic Fury: This spell offers three options, depending on your
Elemental Mastery cycle:
Fire Totem: Deals fire damage to nearby mobs.
Water Totem: Heals you and nearby allies.
Earth Totem: Boosts your damage as well as the damage of your
Elemental Mastery wolf.
Lightning Strike: While this is a nice skill on itself, with this heavy AP (attack power) build,
Lightning Strike does very little damage and isn't even worth using as it does raw Spell Power damage.
Call of the Wild: This skill spawns a wolf that does good damage and can also cast its own skills every 5th auto-attack depending on which
Elemental Mastery you have active. The Fire Element makes the wolf do an AOE fireblast and leave behind a fire behind dealing damage to all mobs caught into it. The Earth Element allows the wolf to do the most burst damage and also slow mobs caught in the AOE. And lastly, The Water Element heals you and the wolf every 5th auto-attack the wolf does.
Elemental Mastery: This skill automatically increases your attack-speed every 3rd auto-attack you make and adds a charge. Once you reach 5 charges,
Elemental Mastery allows you to use
Totemic Fury and summon a totem. Depending on which element you have active on this skill, it also controls what kind of damage your wolf (
Call of the Wild) does.
Mana Boost: Essential for both leveling and mana management. Even though
Elemental Synergy can give you mana when using the Water Element,
Mana Boost is still useful.
Cleanse: Good for clearing annoying debuffs off yourself, especially high ticking poisons.
Equipment

Runes: Monitor Lizard lets you do even more damage while
Heavy Chainmail is a way to keep safe and not die to burst damage.
Gear: Dual wielding Steam Blitzers is good to boost crit damage and improving overall damage.
Invictus Plate &
Blackheart Dominion are perfect for armor and magic resistance while
Plated Lungs are needed to boost max HP. Finally,
Raptor Augment is a good option to deal a bit more damage and boost your AP further.
Consumables: Use Bread alongside
Sweet Baked Pumpkin to recover HP and Mana. For extra stats,
Triple Biosteroid Shot gives more AP, and
Hugh Mangus Blunt offers more critical rate. Along with those, you can also use the
Monster Plant Tacos and
Monster Mike Sandwich to add even more crit rate.

Rotations

Begin the rotation with Elemental Mastery (Shift + T) to get 5 stacks before using
Totemic Fury to plant down an Earth Totem and boost your AP with it. Continue with pressing Shift + R to activate
Spirits Fusion so your next
Rip Apart creates an AOE earthquake.
Use Rip Apart to deal damage and debuff, bleed the enemy before using it again to buff your attack speed through the use of
Accelerated Assault alongside the earthquake. Use
Call of the Wild to get your wolf back out and not burn out your mana. Once you have 5
Elemental Mastery stacks, use
Totemic Fury for another damage increasing buff.
