Overview
This build is combining the 
Infernal Twinblades and the 
Mortal Rope Dart into a Rogue type of character, perfect for those looking to play a higher APM class with multiple resources and buffs to track, capable of dealing incredibly high damage when played well. This build offers very good DPS in all content while also maintaining high mobility.

Stats Priority
While the Gear part of the build is still under development and more information will come soon, you should use the Hawkwing + Eaglerise set combo. This part of the build is still under construction as far as specific stats go.
Inner Way
One of the two must-have Inner Ways for the build is the 
Echoes of Oblivion which lets you penetrate enemy armor, a very important addition for bosses but also the open world. 
Morale Chant is the second most important Inner Way as it ramps up your damage depending on how many hits you land, creating a stronger damage buff as you land more hits. Maintaining this buff up as long as possible is very important! 
Vendetta increases the duration of your 
Bladebound Thread, increasing overall damage from the rats while 
Breaking Point adds some extra penetration.
Mystic Skills
Ghost Bind is an incredibly powerful AOE CC skill as it helps you stun and setup mobs for your other skills. 
Wolflike Frenzy is a great single target skill to deal with mobs quickly but also deal high damage to bosses in group PVE content where its most important alongside 
Free Morph. 
Dragon's Breath can combo with 
Drunken Poet and create a more powerful multiple hits combo, especially if you follow up after a 
Talon Strike or 
Soaring Spin.
Flaming Meteor does high AOE damage, but you need enemies to be close together to get the full effect of its 3 hits. Remember that you aren’t immune to damage while using it, so use it carefully. It’s still a strong skill, but you can replace it with another option if you need more utility. This can also be swapped for 
Dragon Head if you want a high damage skill that removes your vitality entirely.
Rotations
- Begin the rotation with Bladebound Thread, transition straight into using
Rodent Rampage once finishing the combo and then use use Light Attacks until you build up 
Flamelash. Swap back into the Mortal Rope Dart and use Bladebound Thread with Rodent Rampage again before swapping back to activate Flamelash and spam buffed Light Attacks while the rats add extra damage.
- Make sure to use Dragon's Breath first to put burns on a target. Continue with
Addled Mind, then follow up with 
Calamity's Greed to keep the combo going. After that, use Addled Mind again and switch back to Calamity's Greed. Finish the sequence with Wolflike Frenzy for extra damage. You can also use Free Morph instead, as it works in almost the same way.
Make sure to always have Dragon's Breath active on the boss as much as possible.
