Infernal Twinblades & Panacea Fan PvE Build
- Easy to Play
- Good AOE Healing
- Good Damage
- Revive
- Low Skill Ceiling
- Low Range
- Squishy
Overview
This setup is a solid choice for new players interested in PVE in Where Winds Meet. The build focuses on the
Panacea Fan, which offers strong healing and the ability to revive allies, making it suitable for anyone who prefers a healer role.
In this setup, the
Infernal Twinblades adds the damage needed for solo play, making the build effective for players who want to progress through the story quickly and prefer a simple, self-sustaining weapon combination that still delivers strong DPS. The
Panacea Fan
Resurrection skill also gives the build major value in group PVE activities, such as trials that limit the number of revives and require a
Panacea Fan to actually make use of them.
Martial Arts
Gear
While the Gear part of the build is still under development and more information will come soon, you should use the Ivorybloom + Whirlsnow set combo if you cannot get your hands on Eaglerise + Rainwhisper, but this is the main goal.
Inner Way
Morale Chant is the core choice. It raises both your damage and your healing over time by increasing power with each hit or heal.
Restoring Blossom comes next for steady sustain. It boosts your healing and makes the
Panacea Fan stronger.
Echoes of Oblivion improves your light attacks, which are a key part of this build. It pairs especially well with
Flamelash to raise burst damage during openings. Finish with
Breaking Point to raise damage against bosses. It applies stacks of Physical Penetration to the target and helps push overall DPS higher.
Mystic Skills
Dragon's Breath is a strong pick because it applies a consistent burn effect, especially against bosses. When you follow it with
Drunken Poet, each strike you make triggers extra burn explosions, giving you strong combo damage while also letting you recover stamina.
Ghost Bind is really good for controlling groups of enemies. It pulls mobs together, making it easier for you or your team to hit them with large AoE skills.
Talon Strike provides another form of crowd control by knocking targets down and setting them up for quick follow-ups such as
Soaring Spin or just when dealing with single mobs, breaking their QI quickly before executing.
For extra boss damage,
Leaping Toad remains a standout choice. Its poison effect hits hard over time, and its upgraded version spreads to nearby enemies and triggers several explosive hits, giving it AoE potential.
Rotations
- Start by applying burns with
Dragon's Breath. After that, use
Addled Mind along with a Light Attack chain. Follow up with
Calamity's Greed to maintain the combo flow. Repeat
Addled Mind and a Light Attack chain thgen swap back into
Calamity's Greed, and then finish the chain with instant
Dragon's Breath (thanks to Intoxicated buff) to maintain the burn on the boss/target before continuing with
Leaping Toad.
- Make sure to always have
Dragon's Breath active on the boss as much as possible.
Emerald Dewtouch is the main way of healing allies and yourself, spamming this can usually be enough to heal a party while also building Dewdrops.
Light Dust After Morning Rain gives a healing buff to you and an ally who is low on health, and it can also transform into
Resurrection to bring fallen teammates back. Meanwhile,
Cloudburst Healing is ideal for restoring the health of multiple allies at once, whether you’re fighting together or regrouping safely. You should aim to use
Cloudburst Healing in the beginning of a boss fight to heal everyone near the boss before using your damage rotation.
