- Fun To Play
- Low Skill Ceiling
- Low Range

Overview
This double Fan build focuses on mixing the healing power of the
Panacea Fan with the air juggle and ranged damage capability of the
Inkwell Fan to deal damage, focusing on short combos that deal solid damage and help you perform well in all PVE scenarios, from solo play to group play. The mix of ranged and up-close combat helps keep the gameplay fresh without being complicated to play, making this build the perfect choice for those players that are either new to Where Winds Meet or the players looking for an easy, low effort build that can still perform well enough.

Gear
Stats Priority
While the Gear part of the build is still under development and more information will come soon, you should use the Ivorybloom + Whirlsnow set combo if you cannot get your hands on Eaglerise + Rainwhisper, but this is the main goal.
Inner Way
Fivefold Bleed is a strong damage pick since it adds bleed stacks just by attacking. You do not need to think about it, and the extra damage adds up fast.
Royal Remedy is very useful for sustain. It boosts the healing from
Cloudburst Healing and also restores extra Dew, making it easier to manage it while also reviving allies with more HP based on how much Dew you have.
Restoring Blossom comes next and helps a lot with steady healing. It increases all healing you do and makes the
Panacea Fan much stronger overall. Finally,
Morale Chant stays the core Inner Way. Every hit or heal increases your damage and healing, and keeping stacks up is very easy in this build, making it too strong to skip.
Mystic Skills
Ghost Bind is one of your best tools for group control, using it as AOE CC for mobs. For boss damage or simply to deal with multiple mobs,
Leaping Toad is a top pick. Its poison explodes after the initial frog hit, and once upgraded, it spreads to nearby enemies and causes multiple explosions to deal AOE Damage.
Dragon's Breath is great for steady DPS, especially on bosses. When you chain it into
Drunken Poet, every hit causes extra burn explosions. This boosts your combo damage while also letting you recover stamina/endurance as you keep attacking.
For extra crowd control,
Talon Strike works very well. It knocks enemies down, helps break their Qi fast, and sets up easy follow ups like
Soaring Spin, making it useful for single targets and quick executions.
Rotations
- Jump in using the
Peak's Springless Silence then follow up with
Moon Shatter Spring then use
Dragon's Breath to apply a dot.
- Jump back using the
Jadewind Shield along with buffed Light Attacks. Use
Cloudburst Healing to apply an AOE heal near the boss and use
Emerald Dewtouch to heal as needed. Once you have another opening to go in, use
Peak's Springless Silence into another
Dragon's Breath and bombard the boss with
Drunken Poet.
Light Dust After Morning Rain applies a healing buff to you and a nearby ally who is low on HP, and it can also change into
Resurrection to revive fallen teammates.
