Overview

This build's strength is the capability of fighting both up-close and also at range with the Mortal Rope DartMortal Rope Dart and the Vernal UmbrellaVernal Umbrella, offering a great option for players looking to play a build that is more complex and offers plenty of room to improve. While this build has high single target damage potential, it lacks in AOE but makes up for it with self-healing and 1vs1 potential.

Vendetta

Use Trapped BeastTrapped Beast as a good PVP Inner Way in order to add an extra shield that protects you from dying when going low in a PVP fight. This is a no-brainer in a lot of PVP situations.

Blossom BarrageBlossom Barrage offers an extra charge for the Spring SorrowSpring Sorrow, making it one of the strongest options too as it helps you control fights through crowd control, improving your general fight potential. Morale ChantMorale Chant is a must-have as it increases damage done. This Inner Way is vital for having good damage potential. Using VendettaVendetta, your Bladebound ThreadBladebound Thread applies a longer-lasting Vendetta Token, allowing your rat to deal increased damage for longer while also being unblockable, letting you combo it alongside the Vernal UmbrellaVernal Umbrella.

Mystic Skills

Talon Strike
Soaring Spin
Yaksha Rush
Leaping Toad
Serene Breeze
Dragon's Breath
Cloud Steps
Meridian Touch

Cloud StepsCloud Steps is great for catching enemies off guard and closing the distance quickly. Dragon's BreathDragon's Breath is strong at the end of combos, adding a DoT that helps prevent enemies from making a comeback. Cloud StepsCloud Steps also offers great mobility and a way to engage enemies (keep in mind that it can be blocked). Use either Talon StrikeTalon Strike & Yaksha RushYaksha Rush to go through Blocks in order to overwhelm enemies that might try to play very defensive against you.

Of course, Leaping ToadLeaping Toad is another good damage skill that also deals a lot of QI damage. Meridian TouchMeridian Touch is useful for poking enemies while also having the option of executing players when their Qi bar is gone. The most important PVP Mystic Skill remains the Serene BreezeSerene Breeze though as it can break you out of CC (Crowd Control).
