Lequirus (Boss)
Red Blue Ants
Blue and Red ants will spawn, they are named respectively, killing them will create a zone that grants a buff based on its colour.
A blue or red safe zone will appear, kill the ant that matches the safe zone's colour and take the buff.
Shortly after Lequerius commences dialogue, players standing in the center of the safe zone will be lifted up to avoid the AoE attack. Be careful, if you aren't in the inner circle of the safe zone you may not be lifted up.
Once lifted up, fly to the egg (on top of a pillar), the egg will turn into an ant that you must kill.
Larva Collection
Lequirius will attach larva to players, two of these larvae will be Collecting (Green) Larva and the others will be Exploding (Yellow) Larva.
Collecting Larva players should move around to each Exploding Larva player to collect their larva. Exploding Larva players shouldn't move too much so it's easier for Collecting Lava players to get to them.
Notable Encounters
Princess Ant (Elite)
Before starting the Mutant Princess Ant fight a few waves of Larvae will spawn. The first wave of Larvae remains dormant until for a set amount of time from the start of the encounter.
Princess Ant commences dialogue and spawns several Larva, just like the first wave of the pre-battle encounter they remain dormant until a set amount of time.
Larvae spawned on players explode and deal damage. Targeted players may run to other targeted players to nullify these exploding Larvae.
Many parties will simple ignore any spawned Larva because the damage they do is minimal, so they can just continue to DPS the boss.
Giant Acid Ant (Elite)
Mutant Giant Acid Ant commences dialogue and spawn pools of acid targeting itself and player positions, it will then pull the party in.
Throughout the fight the Acid Ant will also spawn pools of acid beneath players.
Players should not stand in the acid pools.
Charging Ants
Charging Ants will charge at players, leaving a trail of acid behind. Players should not stand in the acid.
