Complete list of Weapon Skills in Throne and Liberty for all weapons: Crossbow, Dagger, Greatsword, Longbow, Staff Sword and Wand. TL uses a unique weapon system which means that there are no classes. Instead you get to choose two from a total of seven weapons. Each weapon has access to different active and passive skills that can be freely combined.

Defense
Rupturing Parry
Crossbow - Defense
Defends against attacks. On defending against a Fury Attack with Rupturing Parry while stationary, deals 225% of Base Damage + 50 to the attacker. If the Fury Attack is blocked within 0.5s, Vampiric Attack is also activated for 3s.
Use the directional buttons to defend against attacks while moving 4m to the designated location for 0.5s. On defending against a Fury Attack, deals 450% of Base Damage + 100 to the current target, and Rupturing Parry changes to Binding Shot for 3s. Activates Off-Hand Weapon Attack for 3s.
Attacking a target within 6m with Rupturing Parry has a 80% chance of applying Collision: Push. On colliding with a wall, the target is Stunned for 3s.
Binding Shot
Deals 100% of Base Damage with a 80% chance of binding the target for 2s. Ends when other skills are used.
Vampiric Attack
Every time you land an attack, Health regenerates by 5% of the damage dealt.
Off-Hand Weapon Attack
Activates an Off-Hand Weapon attack for the next skill used.
Active
Mana Exchange
Crossbow - Active
Consumes 450 Health to recover 590 Mana.
Merciless Barrage
Crossbow - Active
Shoot at the target location with both hands 16 times each. Arrows deal 27% of Base Damage + 17 to the first enemy hit. On each consecutive hit to the same target, Damage 6% ▲ (stacks up to 10 times). The number of attacks can be increased up to 24 times each, based on the Attack Chance of the equipped Off-Hand Weapon.
Mortal Mark
Crossbow - Active
Deals 280% of Base Damage + 109 Damage and has a(n) 100% chance to Weaken and Mark the target for3s. When attacking a Marked target, deal 32% of Base Damage + 15. Damage accumulates until the Mark ends, at which point the Mark explodes and deals Bonus Damage to the target equal to 20% of the total accumulated damage. Stacks up to 2 times.
Multi-Shot
Crossbow - Active
Deals damage equal to 290% of Base Damage + 99, has a(n) 70% chance to Weaken (applying Move Speed 30% ▼ for 3s) and apply Collision: Push to targets within 70% range inside a 60-degree cone. On each hit, Mobility cooldown 2s ▼.
Nimble Leap
Crossbow - Active
Move 5m towards the designated direction. Attack Speed increases by 20%, Range increases by 20% and Critical Damage increases by 20% for 0.5s.
Quick Fire
Crossbow - Active
Attack 3 times consecutively. Each hit deals damage equal to 160% of Base Damage + 32. Against Weakened targets, deals damage equal to 20% of Base Damage + 7. On each Critical Hit, cooldown 10% ▼.
Recoil Shot
Crossbow - Active
Deals 220% of Base Damage + 23. Damage increases by 300% of Base Damage + 32 if used right after using Mobility skill. Recharges once on every cooldown, up to 3 times.
Selfless Diffusion
Crossbow - Active
Removes all Bind and Move Speed reduction effects from you. Enables you to pass through other targets. Distance traveled when using Mobility skills 25% ▲, Melee, Ranged, and Magic Evasion 720 ▲, and Move Speed 72% ▲ for 1s. Off-Hand Weapon Attack Chance 120% ▲ for 6s.
Thorn Gale
Crossbow - Active
For 9s, a projectile attack fires an additional projectile, dealing damage equal to 41% of Base Damage.
Weak Point Shot
Crossbow - Active
A special growth skill that can only be grown with Precious Training Books: Omnipotence.
Deals 500% of Base Damage + 135. Attacking a target that's using a Fury Attack has a 80% chance of applying Weaken that increases your and your party's Critical Damage against the target by 21% for 6s.
Wind Snatcher
Crossbow - Active
A special growth skill that can only be grown with Precious Training Books: Omnipotence.
Deals damage equal to 100% of Base Damage with a(n) 80% chance to Weaken the target, and when the effect is applied, the target's Move Speed is decreased by 30% for 3s and your Move Speed is increased by 50% for 3s. If Wind Snatcher hits a target whose Move Speed you have already decreased, adds another stack of Weaken, decreasing the target's Attack Speed by 15% for 3s and increases your Attack Speed by 25% for 3s.

Defense
Block Blade
Daggers - Defense
Defends against attacks. On defending against a Fury Attack with Block Blade while stationary, 852 Mana regenerates. On defending against a Fury Attack within 0.5s, Block Blade changes to Poison Dagger for 3s.
Use with the directional buttons to defend against attacks while moving 4m to the designated direction for 0.5s. Becomes Stealthed for 3s to make yourself unable to be targeted and increase Mana Regen by 2130 after defending against Fury Attack. Block Blade changes to Poison Dagger. The first attack while Stealthed is a Critical Hit. Stealth ends when you attack or morph.
Poison Dagger
Throws up to 5 daggers at enemies within a 5m-radius, dealing 100% damage and applying Weaken: Poison. Distributes the attack if there are multiple enemies within range.

Ankle Strike

Deals damage equal to 210% of Base Damage + 12. Against Bound, Sleeping, or Stunned targets, has a(n) 96% chance to apply Collision: Prone. Cannot be used while moving.
Brutal Incision

Deals 620% of Base Damage + 212 damage. When the target's remaining Health is 50% or less, Critical Hit 600 ▲. Critical Damage 40% ▲.
Camouflage Cloak
Daggers - Active
Become Stealthed for 10.5s, unable to be targeted. Your first attack while Stealthed is a guaranteed Critical Hit. Stealth ends if you attack or morph.
Fatal Stigma

Frenzied Sword Dance

Approach the target and deal 190% + 38 of the basic damage. Attack 7 times in quick succession, and if there is an enemy within 6m at each attack, distribute the attack.
Inject Venom
Daggers - Active
Adds Weaken: Poison effect to all attacks for 9s. Poison lasts for 6s and deals 3.6% of Base Damage + 2 damage per stack per sec while stopping Health Regen. Stacks up to 20 times.
Knife Throwing

Throws 5 daggers to the designated direction up to 6 times the Attack Range. Each dagger deals 60% of Base Damage, with a(n) 80% chance of decreasing the target's Move Speed by 68.5% and Incoming Heal by 60% for 6s.
Phantom Smokescreen

A special skill that can only be grown with Precious Training Books: Omnipotence.
Party members within 3m around you always evade all Magic and Ranged projectiles for 3s. This effect is canceled if they move or act.
Predatory Strike

Deals 490% of Base Damage + 80 damage, and then additional 40% of Damage consecutively. The damage is increased by 9% for targets under the effect of your Burning, Curse, or Poison Damage over Time.
Shadow Strike

Moves behind a target and deals damage equal to 200% of Base Damage. Has a(n) 80% chance to Bind the target for 2s and apply Silence: Poison for 6s.
Umbral Spirit

Murderous Draw

DaVinci's Courage

Devastating Tornado

Guillotine Blade

Precision Dash
Greatsword - Active
Rush at the target, dealing damage equal to 110% of Base Damage, and increase Melee, Ranged, and Magic Heavy Attack Chances by 160 for 3s on hit. Damage increases by 16% per 1m of distance from the target at the starting point.
Stunning Blow
Greatsword - Active
Deals 150% of Base Damage, with a(n) 80% chance to Stun the target for 3.9s. Targets immune to Stun are Shocked for 7.8s. Stunned targets' Melee, Ranged, and Magic Defense decrease by 5%.
Valiant Brawl
Greatsword - Active
Attacks 4 times in a row, each attack dealing 140% of Base Damage + 67 damage. If there are other enemies within the skill's range, spreads out the attacks and delivers the last attack to the main target. The last attack to the main target deals 427% of Base Damage + 103 damage. Every time a hit becomes a heavy attack, the remaining cooldown decreases by 15%.

On defending against a Fury Attack with Overtaker while stationary, Magic, Melee, and Ranged Defense increase by 100 for 3s (up to 5 stacks), and Overtaker changes to Agile Shot for 3s. Increases Magic, Melee, Ranged Critical Hit by 410 for 5s, if a Fury Attack was defended within 0.5s.
Use with the directional buttons to defend against attacks while moving 4m in the designated direction for 0.5s. On defending against a Fury Attack, Overtaker changes to Swift Evasion for 3s. Additionally, the next skill attack that hits within 5s lands as a Critical Hit.
Agile Shot
Deals 525% of Base Damage + 294 if the shot was fired without moving.
Use with the directional buttons to use the skill while moving. For this case, deals 175% of Base Damage + 98 with a 80% chance to Bind the target for 3s.
Swift Evasion
Moves 8m in the designated direction. Magic, Melee, and Ranged Evasion increase by 970 for 2s.

This is only available when a resettable skill exists, and it is not affected by Skill cooldown stat and Skill cooldown reduction.
Brutal Arrow

A single arrow shot into the sky falls to the target location, dealing damage equal to 340% of Base Damage + 71 to enemies within a 3m area. Enemies within 1m from the center receive 510% + 106.
Deadly Marker
Longbow - Active
Has a 90% chance to mark a target for 9s. Your Melee, Ranged, and Magic Critical Hit 230 ▲ and 230 ▲ for all party members when attacking the marked target. On every Critical Hit, skill cooldowns 1% ▼ for all party members, and Glory Aura cooldown 6% ▼ for you. On marking a monster, only 50% of the cooldown decrease is applied (up to 100 times).
Decisive Sniping

Ensnaring Arrow

Flash Arrow

Deals 150% of Base Damage to Stealth targets within 4m around the designated location with a 96% chance of Stunning them for 3s and ending their Stealth. Ending Stealth increases your Critical Damage by 20% for 6s. Not applicable to Stealth by Transcending Power: Eclipse.
Nature's Blessing
Longbow - Active
Creates an area with a radius of 16m that increases Health Regen by 2342 and Mana Regen by 2330 of you and your party members for 3s. Only gets the effect within the area. Removes one Weaken effect from all party members within the area when it is created.
Purifying Touch
Longbow - Active
Removes 1 CC effect from the selected target (in order of Actions Disabled > Moving Disabled > Weakened). Attack Speed 27% ▲ for 3s.
Strafing
Longbow - Active
Attacks 4 times consecutively. Each attack deals 130% of Base Damage + 43 damage. If you land more than 2 Critical Hits, you can use the skill 2 more time. These uses consume only 50% of the Mana cost.
Zephyr's Nock
Longbow - Active
Deals 520% of Base Damage + 208 Damage. Damage 7% ▲ per 1m of distance from the target. Damage 50% ▲ to targets who are Bound, Sleeping, or Stunned.
Passive
Devoted Shield
Longbow - Passive
When Weakened, has a(n) 11.5% chance to create a Shield of 3000 Health that lasts for 4s.
Distorted Sanctuary
Longbow - Passive
Melee, Ranged, and Magic Endurance 60 ▲. Additionally, Melee, Ranged, and Magic Defense 25 ▲ per each party member (including yourself) within a 16m radius.
Ensnaring Loader
Longbow - Passive
Defeating a target at least 10m away has a(n) 51% chance to reset Ensnaring Arrow's cooldown.
Rapidfire Stance
Longbow - Passive
Staying in the same place without moving for 2s will increase Attack Speed by 20%, and Melee, Ranged, Magic Hit by 100. The effect remains in effect for 2s even after you make a movement. It will also remain in effect upon using Mobility skills.
Roxie's Arrowhead
Longbow - Passive
Attacking with Longbows or Crossbows has a(n) 15% chance to shoot an additional projectile, dealing damage equal to 128% of Base Damage. If you're shooting in the same direction as the wind, the chance goes up by 0.5% per 1m/s wind speed.
Sniper's Sense

Melee, Ranged, and Magic Critical Hit 24 ▲ and Critical Hit Damage 0.9% ▲ per 1m of distance from the target.
Steady Aim

Defense
Mystic Shield
Staff - Defense
Defends against an attack. Deals 318% of Base Damage + 125 to the attacker and recovers 10% of Max Mana upon defending against a Fury Attack within 0.5s, and 10% additional damage against Burning enemies. Creates a Damage over Time area within a 3m radius, dealing 10% per second to all enemies in the area if the target is wet, or Frosted (by you). Stacks Flowing Mana up to 3 times each time you defend against a Fury Attack, which increases Mana Regen by 60 for 10s.
Flowing Mana
Grants the following effects to the skills you use and disappears.
For Lightning skills, increases Critical Hit by 20% per stack. For Fire skills, applies additional Weaken: Burning per stack to the target. For other skills, decreases Mana cost by 6% per stack.

Chain Lightning
Staff - Active
A Lightning skill that deals 530% of Base Damage + 208 damage. Deals 4% increased damage per stack against a target that you applied Burning. Damage transfers to other enemies within a 5m radius from the target up to 3 times if the target is wet, or Frosted (by you). Damage decreases by 20% every time it transfers, and it will not transfer to a target already affected. Cooldown decreases by 40% if you're Wet.
Frost Smokescreen
Staff - Active
An Ice skill that creates a 4m wide zone that lasts for 5s and teleports you 8m backwards. Applies Weaken that decreases Move Speed by 42% for enemies in the zone. Use up to 2 times.
High Locus
Staff - Active
Cooldown Speed 58% ▲ and Global Cooldown Speed 68% ▲ for 12s.
Ice Spear
Staff - Active
An Ice skill that hurls a 1.5m width piercing ice spear to the target location, dealing damage equal to 360% of Base Damage + 64 with a(n) 80% chance to Weaken the target, which decreases Move Speed by 51% for 3s.
Icebound Tomb
Staff - Active
An Ice skill that deals 220% of Base Damage + 18 damage with a(n) 80% chance to Petrification: Freeze the target for 7.9s (15.8s for monsters). Has a(n) 80% chance to Weaken that decreases Move Speed by 51% for 4s within 3m around the target.
Infernal Meteor
Staff - Active
A special growth skill that can only be grown with Precious Training Books: Omnipotence.
A Fire skill that deals 990% of Base Damage + 110 damage to all enemies within 4m. If a hit becomes a heavy attack, it also applies 5 stacks of Weaken: Burning.
Inferno Wave
Staff - Active
A Fire skill that deals damage equal to 340% of Base Damage + 160 to all enemies within 3m of the target. On hitting a Burning target, all skill cooldowns 1.05s ▼ and deals Bonus Damage equal to 32% of Base Damage (per stack of Burning) to all enemies within 3m. Against the Burning target, has a(n) 80% chance to apply Weaken: Burning.
Inner Peace
Staff - Active
Increases Mana Regen by 960% for 9s. The skill becomes disabled if you move. The increase is doubled if you're wet; Mana Cost Efficiency increases by 96% for 9s after the skill is over if you're not wet.
Judgment Lightning
Staff - Active
A Lightning skill that deals 780% of Base Damage + 356 damage. On hitting a Wet target, deals 520% of Base Damage + 237 damage to up to 5 enemies within 5m radius area. This skill can be used 1 more time within 10s with a(n) 15% chance of success. On using this skill on a target you have applied Weaken: Burning to, the probability of skill recast goes up by 5% per stack.
Salvation Chain

A special growth skill that can only be grown with Precious Training Books: Omnipotence.

Serial Fire Bombs
Staff - Active
A Fire skill that deals 150% of Base Damage + 172 damage and inflicts 2 stacks of Weaken: Burning (3 stacks for Critical Hits) with a(n) 80% chance to every enemy within 3m radius from the target. Burning lasts for 12s and deals 3.7% of Base Damage + 11 damage per stack per sec. Stacks up to 10 times. It can be used up to 3 times in a row. The casting time decreases and Mana cost increases as the skill is used consecutively. All Fire skills' Weaken: Burning damage is equal to Serial Fire Bombs.

Echoic Barrier

When Silenced, Silence Resistance increases by 10 for 640s. If Silenced again while the effect is active, additionally applies Silence Resistance increases by 640.
Flame Condensation

Burning Damage increases by 72% and duration increases by 8s.
Forbidden Sanctuary

Mana Cost Efficiency decreases by 15% and Skill Damage Boost increases by 140.
Frost Master

Defends against an attack. On defending against a Fury Attack with Shield Survival Technique, 690 Health regenerates, creates a shield equal to 14% of Max Health for 3s, and Shield Survival Technique changes to Retaliatory Strike for 1.5s upon defending against a Fury Attack. Increases Damage Reduction by 141 for 6s when a Fury Attack is defended within 0.5s.
