Tier List

Throne and Liberty Class Tier Lists for all Weapons: Crossbow, Dagger, Greatsword, Longbow, Staff, Sword and Wand.

Ordering within each tier is based on the weapon combinations played at the highest level in end-game content beyond the maximum level. It's crucial to note that these positions may change suddenly with balance patches. Therefore, it's essential, above all, to choose what you enjoy playing.

Main weapons in each weapon combination are marked with a green color and builds for every weapon can be found on the Throne and Liberty Builds page.

Tier Lists are up to date for the March 24, 2024 patch.

Crossbow

For our complete list of Crossbow builds, see the Crossbow Builds page.

  • Crossbow / Dagger - This weapon combination has incredible burst potential and the highest single target DPS in the game in short bursts, letting you move between mobs in the open world with ease and deliver sustained DPS during dungeon encounters.
  • Crossbow / Greatsword - While the two weapons individually offer high damage, the combination doesn't do as well as others, if used as an off-hand, the crossbow can still deliver high damage alongside the Greatsword but it cannot be compared to the burst potential offered by other weapons.
  • Crossbow / Longbow - This weapon combination offers high damage potential and the increased range of Longbow comes in handy but because of the range difference between the two weapons, it can be annoying to keep repositioning for your crossbow skills to reach your target.
  • Crossbow / Staff - This weapon combination offers high burst damage and the Inner PeaceUsed frame.webpInner Peace of the staff can help with the mana hungry Crossbow. The staff also offers much needed AOE damage. However, akin to the Crossbow Greatsword combination, while both weapons have high damage potential on their own, they don't do much to compliment eachother and the range difference between staff and crossbow can also prove difficult to manage.
  • Crossbow / Sword - While this combination offers the crossbow much needed protection, it falls short in both delivering damage and staying alive long enough to be considered for the tank role.
  • Crossbow / Wand - This combination counters itself as the Wand relies on damage over time while the crossbow relies on quick bursts of damage. It can be difficult to keep on top of the cooldowns which cuts deeply into your DPS.

Dagger

For our complete list of Dagger builds, see the Dagger Builds page.

  • Dagger / Crossbow - While the two weapons individually offer high damage, the combination doesn't do as well as others, if used as an off-hand, the crossbow can still deliver high damage alongside the Greatsword but it cannot be compared to the burst potential offered by other weapons.
  • Dagger / Greatsword - This is one of the best weapon combinations if you are looking for high damage in short bursts. The mobility is incredible on this and it allows you to topscore in PVE events if played correctly.
  • Dagger / Longbow - The dagger adds much needed mobility to the Longbow and the combo performs amazingly together as the dagger damage skills fill the gaps you find in the Longbow rotation and allows for quick repositioning.
  • Dagger / Staff - Another amazing combination for the dagger as the staff offers high sustained damage and the dagger compliments it through the access to Inject VenomUsed frame.webpInject Venom and skills meant to finish off targets ( Brutal IncisionUsed frame.webpBrutal Incision ).
  • Dagger / Sword - Sadly the combination of Dagger and Sword falls short of achieving anything substantial in PVE as both weapons have rather low DPS potential on their own and the dagger doesn't do enough to help with the tank oriented side of the Sword.
  • Dagger / Wand - This combination does great in open world PVE as it allows for high AOE damage and is fantastic when the goal is to kill a large amount of low HP mobs in a short time or when grinding lithographs!

Greatsword

For our complete list of Greatsword builds, see the Greatsword Builds page.

  • Greatsword / Crossbow - While the two weapons individually offer high damage, the combination doesn't do as well as others, if used as an off-hand, the crossbow can still deliver high damage alongside the Greatsword but it cannot be compared to the burst potential offered by other weapons.
  • Greatsword / Dagger - This is one of the best weapon combinations if you are looking for high damage in short bursts. The mobility is incredible on this and it allows you to topscore in PVE events if played correctly.
  • Greatsword / Longbow - This combination doesn't manage to achieve a whole lot in PVE even though both weapons have high damage potential, they are awful at complimenting eachother and you'd be forced to play in close range with the greatsword which would expose you during skills like Decisive SnipingUsed frame.webpDecisive Sniping.
  • Greatsword / Staff - This combination has similar issues as Greatsword Longbow and while Inner PeaceUsed frame.webpInner Peace can help with keeping up with the high mana consumption, the combination lacks in sustained damage.
  • Greatsword / Sword - This is one of the best weapon combinations if you are trying to play the tank role for your group in dungeons as it provides high resistances and health. In the same time, it can be used successfully in the open world PVE grinding, offering plenty of options for AOE damage.
  • Greatsword / Wand - Sadly the greatsword fails to provide anything of value to a healing type weapon like the wand. Meanwhile, if you intend to play the damage side of the wand, you will find yourself struggling in applying damage.

Longbow

For our complete list of Longbow builds, see the Longbow Builds page.

  • Longbow / Crossbow - This weapon combination offers high damage potential and the increased range of Longbow comes in handy but because of the range difference between the two weapons, it can be annoying to keep repositioning for your crossbow skills to reach your target.
  • Longbow / Dagger - The dagger adds much needed mobility to the Longbow and the combo performs amazingly together as the dagger damage skills fill the gaps you find in the Longbow rotation and allows for quick repositioning.
  • Longbow / Greatsword - This combination doesn't manage to achieve a whole lot in PVE even though both weapons have high damage potential, they are awful at complimenting eachother and you'd be forced to play in close range with the greatsword which would expose you during skills like Decisive SnipingUsed frame.webpDecisive Sniping.
  • Longbow / Staff - Longbow Staff remains one of the highest DPS combos in the game as it matches perfectly in both range and abilities. The use of Inner PeaceUsed frame.webpInner Peace coupled with Nature's BlessingUsed frame.webpNature's Blessing provides almost unlimited mana which allows you to unleash incredible amounts of damage.
  • Longbow / Sword - While the sword succeeds in offering the Longbow much needed defense, it's lack of damage lowers overall DPS considerably and renders this combination weak when put up against others.
  • Longbow / Wand - This combination remains the uncontested king of healing builds as it provides incredible support for all your teammates and incredible healing along with mana regeneration abilities such as Nature's BlessingUsed frame.webpNature's Blessing.

Staff

For our complete list of Staff builds, see the Staff Builds page.

  • Staff / Crossbow - This weapon combination offers high burst damage and the Inner PeaceUsed frame.webpInner Peace of the staff can help with the mana hungry Crossbow. The staff also offers much needed AOE damage. However, akin to the Crossbow Greatsword combination, while both weapons have high damage potential on their own, they don't do much to compliment eachother and the range difference between staff and crossbow can also prove difficult to manage.
  • Staff / Dagger - Another amazing combination for the dagger as the staff offers high sustained damage and the dagger compliments it through the access to Inject VenomUsed frame.webpInject Venom and skills meant to finish off targets ( Brutal IncisionUsed frame.webpBrutal Incision ).
  • Staff / Greatsword - This combination has similar issues as Greatsword Longbow and while Inner PeaceUsed frame.webpInner Peace can help with keeping up with the high mana consumption, the combination lacks in sustained damage.
  • Staff / Longbow - Longbow Staff remains one of the highest DPS combos in the game as it matches perfectly in both range and abilities. The use of Inner PeaceUsed frame.webpInner Peace coupled with Nature's BlessingUsed frame.webpNature's Blessing provides almost unlimited mana which allows you to unleash incredible amounts of damage.
  • Staff / Sword - The defensive ability of the sword remains useful even when coupled with a staff, however, the lack of damage doesn't do enough to make the combination competitive from a DPS point of view when compared to other possible combinations.
  • Staff / Wand - The combination between the damage over time capabilities of the wand coupled with the high burst damage the staff is capable of creates a great mix for high, constant damage output. This combination is also great for AOE grinding as Infernal MeteorUsed frame.webpInfernal Meteor can be coupled with many of the wand AOE abilities.

Sword

For our complete list of Sword builds, see the Sword & Shield Builds page.

  • Sword / Crossbow - While this combination offers the crossbow much needed protection, it falls short in both delivering damage and staying alive long enough to be considered for the tank role.
  • Sword / Dagger - Sadly the combination of Dagger and Sword falls short of achieving anything substantial in PVE as both weapons have rather low DPS potential on their own and the dagger doesn't do enough to help with the tank oriented side of the Sword.
  • Sword / Greatsword - This is one of the best weapon combinations if you are trying to play the tank role for your group in dungeons as it provides high resistances and health. In the same time, it can be used successfully in the open world PVE grinding, offering plenty of options for AOE damage.
  • Sword / Longbow - While the sword succeeds in offering the Longbow much needed defense, it's lack of damage lowers overall DPS considerably and renders this combination weak when put up against others.
  • Sword / Staff - The defensive ability of the sword remains useful even when coupled with a staff, however, the lack of damage doesn't do enough to make the combination competitive from a DPS point of view when compared to other possible combinations.
  • Sword / Wand - The combination between the defensive capabilities of the sword and the healing of the wand create one of the best tanking classes in the game. It creates a tank that can heal itself, often referred to as a "Paladin" build in other games and it can prove very useful in certain dungeons where the healing required is minimal.

Wand

For our complete list of Wand builds, see the Wand & Tome Builds page.

  • Wand / Crossbow - This combination counters itself as the Wand relies on damage over time while the crossbow relies on quick bursts of damage. It can be difficult to keep on top of the cooldowns which cuts deeply into your DPS.
  • Wand / Dagger - This combination does great in open world PVE as it allows for high AOE damage and is fantastic when the goal is to kill a large amount of low HP mobs in a short time or when grinding lithographs!
  • Wand / Greatsword - Sadly the greatsword fails to provide anything of value to a healing type weapon like the wand. Meanwhile, if you intend to play the damage side of the wand, you will find yourself struggling in applying damage.
  • Wand / Longbow - This combination remains the uncontested king of healing builds as it provides incredible support for all your teammates and incredible healing along with mana regeneration abilities such as Nature's BlessingUsed frame.webpNature's Blessing.
  • Wand / Staff - The combination between the damage over time capabilities of the wand coupled with the high burst damage the staff is capable of creates a great mix for high, constant damage output. This combination is also great for AOE grinding as Infernal MeteorUsed frame.webpInfernal Meteor can be coupled with many of the wand AOE abilities.
  • Wand / Sword - The combination between the defensive capabilities of the sword and the healing of the wand create one of the best tanking classes in the game. Crossbow

  • Crossbow / Dagger - This weapon combination has incredible burst potential and the highest single target DPS in the game in short bursts, letting you move between players in the open world with ease as you make quick kills and move on as a medium range assassin. It is meant to play on the sidelines of zerg fights and help pick off low HP targets.
  • Crossbow / Greatsword - While the two weapons individually offer high damage, the combination doesn't perform as well as others. If used as an off-hand, the crossbow can still deliver high damage alongside the Greatsword. With the correct build it can deliver high damage but relies a lot on getting a stun on your target and trying that will get you killed.
  • Crossbow / Longbow - This weapon combination offers high damage potential and the increased range of Longbow comes in handy, this allows you to deliver damage from a relative safe distance while the crossbow comes in handy to help burst any enemies that might overextend.
  • Crossbow / Staff - This weapon combination is similar to the Crossbow Longbow but it lacks sustained damage and relies mostly on medium range burst with the crossbow and the extra damage from the staff abilities. Infernal MeteorUsed frame.webpInfernal Meteor can also be used during pushes but you lack defensive abilities that would let you get out alive.
  • Crossbow / Sword - While this combination offers the crossbow some protection and allows you to play in the frontline, the lackluster damage makes it weaker when compared to other options.
  • Crossbow / Wand - For healers, this choice isn't entirely bad and could still function adequately as a frontline healer. However, it falls short in sustaining healing output during prolonged engagements, while its damage contribution remains insignificant.

Dagger

  • Dagger / Crossbow - This weapon combination has incredible burst potential and the highest single target DPS in the game in short bursts, letting you move between players in the open world with ease as you make quick kills and move on as a medium range assassin. It is meant to play on the sidelines of zerg fights and help pick off low HP targets.
  • Dagger / Greatsword - This combination remains one of the assassin types with the highest burst damage, coupled with access to stealth, it does very well at picking kills on the sidelines in large scale fights.
  • Dagger / Longbow - The dagger adds much needed mobility to the Longbow and the combo performs amazingly together as the dagger damage skills fill the gaps you find in the Longbow rotation and allows for quick repositioning.
  • Dagger / Staff - Another excellent combination for the dagger is with the staff, which offers high sustained damage. The dagger complements it with access to Inject VenomUsed frame.webpInject Venom and skills meant to finish off targets, such as Brutal IncisionUsed frame.webpBrutal Incision. Additionally, Camouflage CloakUsed frame.webpCamouflage Cloak provides stealth, aiding in setting up Infernal MeteorUsed frame.webpInfernal Meteor and escaping from difficult situations. This build remains the highest damaging AOE bombing build.
  • Dagger / Sword - The combination between sword and dagger provides a decent level of defense, allowing you to push into the enemy frontline and delivering damage before retreating through use of your various movement abilities and Camouflage CloakUsed frame.webpCamouflage Cloak.
  • Dagger / Wand - This combination excels in open-world PVP, offering high AOE damage and effective poking against enemy zergs from a distance. It proves to be annoying to deal with, gradually applying constant dot damage to enemies over time.

Greatsword

  • Greatsword / Crossbow - While the two weapons individually offer high damage, the combination doesn't do as well as others, if used as an off-hand, the crossbow can still deliver high damage alongside the Greatsword but it cannot be compared to the burst potential offered by other weapons.
  • Greatsword / Dagger - This combination remains one of the assassin types with the highest burst damage, coupled with access to stealth, it does very well at picking kills on the sidelines in large scale fights.
  • Greatsword / Longbow - Even with the extra range abilities provided by the Longbow, Greatsword on it's own fails to achieve high enough damage to be a threat.
  • Greatsword / Staff - While the greatsword makes use of the extra damage provided by staff, the combination falls short in defensive options and you would have a very difficult time staying alive in lengthy fights.
  • Greatsword / Sword - This is one of the best weapon combinations if you are trying to play a bruiser setup in large scale PVP, it delivers incredible AOE damage for a melee class and it can even rival other ranged focused combinations.
  • Greatsword / Wand - The combination of the melee greatsword and the healing abilities can prove useful in niche situations as a frontline healer but it cannot sustain itself in extended fights because of mana issues.

Longbow

  • Longbow / Crossbow - This weapon combination offers high damage potential and the increased range of Longbow comes in handy, this allows you to deliver damage from a relative safe distance while the crossbow comes in handy to help burst any enemies that might overextend.
  • Longbow / Dagger - The dagger adds much needed mobility to the Longbow and the combo performs amazingly together as the dagger damage skills fill the gaps you find in the Longbow rotation and allows for quick repositioning.
  • Longbow / Greatsword - Even with the extra range abilities provided by the Longbow, Greatsword on it's own fails to achieve high enough damage to be a threat.
  • Longbow / Staff - Longbow Staff remains one of the highest DPS combos in the game as it matches perfectly in both range and abilities. The use of Inner PeaceUsed frame.webpInner Peace coupled with Nature's BlessingUsed frame.webpNature's Blessing provides almost unlimited mana which allows you to unleash incredible amounts of damage from the safety of being inside your own team zerg while abilities like Frost SmokescreenUsed frame.webpFrost Smokescreen can provide nice repositioning.
  • Longbow / Sword - While the sword succeeds in providing the Longbow much-needed defense, its lack of damage significantly lowers overall DPS and renders this combination weak compared to others. It may serve as a decent option for new players aiming to support the zerg with AOE buffs and protection from a safe distance, but it remains ineffective in dealing damage.
  • Longbow / Wand - This combination retains its position as the unrivaled king of healing builds, offering unparalleled support for all teammates with exceptional healing capabilities and mana regeneration abilities like Nature's BlessingUsed frame.webpNature's Blessing. It provides abundant AOE healing and serves as the backbone of every zerg composition.

Staff

  • Staff / Crossbow - This weapon combination is similar to the Crossbow Longbow but it lacks sustained damage and relies mostly on medium range burst with the crossbow and the extra damage from the staff abilities. Infernal MeteorUsed frame.webpInfernal Meteor can also be used during pushes but you lack defensive abilities that would let you get out alive.
  • Staff / Dagger - Another excellent combination for the dagger is with the staff, which offers high sustained damage.
  • Staff / Greatsword - While the greatsword makes use of the extra damage provided by staff, the combination falls short in defensive options and you would have a very difficult time staying alive in lengthy fights.
  • Staff / Longbow - Longbow Staff remains one of the highest DPS combos in the game as it matches perfectly in both range and abilities.
  • Staff / Sword - The defensive ability of the sword remains useful even when coupled with a staff. This combination is decent for new players, although it may not output the same level of damage. However, it offers more defensive options, allowing new players to learn while having additional room for mistakes.
  • Staff / Wand - The combination of the wand's damage-over-time capabilities and the staff's high burst damage potential creates a great mix for consistent high damage output. With it's access to Infernal MeteorUsed frame.webpInfernal Meteor, it can be combined with many of the wand's AOE abilities, such as Corrupted Magic CircleUsed frame.webpCorrupted Magic Circle and Cursed NightmareUsed frame.webpCursed Nightmare. This not only provides damage and control for your zerg but also offers support through heals.

Sword

  • Sword / Crossbow - While this combination offers the crossbow much needed protection, it falls short in both delivering damage and staying alive long enough to be considered for the tank role.
  • Sword / Dagger - The combination between sword and dagger provides a decent level of defense, allowing you to push into the enemy frontline and delivering damage before retreating through use of your various movement abilities and Camouflage CloakUsed frame.webpCamouflage Cloak.
  • Sword / Greatsword - This is one of the best weapon combinations if you are trying to play a bruiser setup in large scale PVP, it delivers incredible AOE damage for a melee class and it can even rival other ranged focused combinations.

It may serve as a decent option for new players aiming to support the zerg with AOE buffs and protection from a safe distance, but it remains ineffective in dealing damage.
  • Sword / Staff - The defensive ability of the sword remains useful even when coupled with a staff. This combination is decent for new players, although it may not output the same level of damage. However, it offers more defensive options, allowing new players to learn while having additional room for mistakes.
  • Sword / Wand - The combination of the sword's defensive capabilities and the wand's healing creates one of the best frontline fighters. This setup allows you to absorb a lot of enemy zerg damage while providing heals to your frontline allies and keeping yourself alive.

Wand

  • Wand / Crossbow - For healers, this choice isn't entirely bad and could still function adequately as a frontline healer. However, it falls short in sustaining healing output during prolonged engagements, while its damage contribution remains insignificant.

Crossbow

  • Crossbow / Dagger - This weapon combination boasts incredible burst potential and offers the highest single-target DPS in the game in short bursts. It allows you to maneuver between players in the open world effortlessly, swiftly making kills and transitioning as a medium-range assassin. Its 1vX capabilities are incredible and it remains a powerful combination for dueling and small scale PVP.
  • Crossbow / Greatsword - While both weapons individually offer high damage potential, their combination doesn't perform as effectively as other options. It can still secure kills, but success heavily relies on utilizing the stun from the greatsword followed by a mix of greatsword damaging abilities and crossbow burst damage.
  • Crossbow / Longbow - This weapon combination offers high damage potential and the increased range of Longbow comes in handy, this allows you to deliver damage from a relative safe distance and work as a great damage dealer if protected by your group. It's potential in 1v1 is there but there are other better options as this combination is lacking in defenses.
  • Crossbow / Staff - This weapon combination is similar to the Crossbow Longbow but it lacks sustained damage and relies mostly on medium range burst with the crossbow and the extra damage from the staff abilities. It lacks defensive options besides Frost SmokescreenUsed frame.webpFrost Smokescreen and Selfless DiffusionUsed frame.webpSelfless Diffusion but still shines in quick skirmishes.
  • Crossbow / Sword - While this combination offers the crossbow some protection and the opportunity to play in the frontline during small skirmishes, it lacks significant damage output in 1v1 fights to pose a substantial threat.
  • Crossbow / Wand - For healers, this option isn't entirely unfavorable and could still function adequately as a frontline healer in a small group. However, in 1v1 scenarios, this combination can prove challenging to handle due to its high sustain capabilities.

Dagger

  • Dagger / Crossbow - This weapon combination excels in delivering remarkable burst potential, offering the highest single-target DPS in the game during short bursts. It enables seamless maneuverability between players in the open world, swiftly securing kills and transitioning as a medium-range assassin. Its prowess in 1vX scenarios is exceptional, making it a formidable choice for dueling and small-scale PvP engagements.
  • Dagger / Greatsword - This combination remains one of the assassin types with the highest burst damage, coupled with access to stealth, it does very well at locking down targets and delivering insane damage, finishing them off before moving on to new targets.
  • Dagger / Longbow - The dagger complements the Longbow excellently, providing crucial mobility and filling in gaps within the Longbow's rotation. Together, they form a formidable combination, allowing for swift repositioning and strategic target selection. Access to stealth grants the ability to choose ideal positions for delivering maximum range damage, followed by seamlessly transitioning to close-quarters combat with dagger skills to finish off targets efficiently.
  • Dagger / Staff - The dagger pairs exceptionally well with the staff, which provides consistent high sustained damage. Complemented by the dagger's abilities like Inject VenomUsed frame.webpInject Venom and finishing moves such as Brutal IncisionUsed frame.webpBrutal Incision, this combination offers versatility in both close-quarters combat and ranged engagements. With Camouflage CloakUsed frame.webpCamouflage Cloak granting stealth, you can strategically choose your target before closing in to unleash a barrage of attacks. Initiating with Shadow StrikeUsed frame.webpShadow Strike and Brutal IncisionUsed frame.webpBrutal Incision, you can quickly incapacitate your target before transitioning to staff abilities to maintain distance and leverage your range advantage.
  • Dagger / Sword - The sword and dagger combination offers a respectable level of defense, allowing you to hold your ground in frontline engagements. However, the lack of significant damage output makes it challenging to win 1v1 encounters. Nonetheless, it positions you well as a frontline fighter, drawing enemy attention while your group capitalizes on dealing damage.
  • Dagger / Wand - This combination shines in open-world PvP scenarios, delivering potent AOE damage and effectively harassing enemy groups from afar. Your ability to provide healing support to your group can significantly impact the outcome of engagements, tipping the scales in your favor with timely support.

Greatsword

  • Greatsword / Crossbow - While both weapons individually offer high damage potential, their combination doesn't perform as effectively as other options. It can still secure kills, but success heavily relies on utilizing the stun from the greatsword followed by a mix of greatsword damaging abilities and crossbow burst damage.
  • Greatsword / Dagger - This weapon combination boasts incredible burst potential and offers the highest single-target DPS in the game in short bursts. It allows you to maneuver between players in the open world effortlessly, swiftly making kills and transitioning as a medium-range assassin. Its 1vX capabilities are incredible and it remains a powerful combination for dueling and small scale PVP.
  • Greatsword / Longbow - Despite the additional ranged capabilities granted by the Longbow, the Greatsword alone lacks the damage output necessary to pose a significant threat. While the Longbow has the potential to deal damage, its mobility is lacking, leaving you vulnerable as you struggle to transition between melee and ranged combat.
  • Greatsword / Staff - The staff serves as a useful tool for kiting enemies, allowing you to maintain distance before they close in. Once they enter close range, you can utilize the Greatsword's stuns to gain an advantage. However, prolonged engagements increase your vulnerability, especially if additional enemies join the fray.
  • Greatsword / Sword - This weapon combination excels for those adopting a bruiser playstyle, proving highly effective against multiple targets and boasting respectable damage output in 1v1 encounters. Its durability allows for extended engagements, making it strong in group versus group fights.
  • Greatsword / Wand - This combination of the melee greatsword and healing abilities can serve niche purposes. While the damage output is notably deficient, the additional healing from the wand can provide utility for your group. However, the overall lack of damage and mobility often hinders success in duels.

Longbow

  • Longbow / Crossbow - This weapon combination offers high damage potential and the increased range of Longbow comes in handy, this allows you to deliver damage from a relative safe distance and work as a great damage dealer if protected by your group. It's potential in 1v1 is there but there are other better options as this combination is lacking in defenses.
  • Longbow / Dagger - The dagger complements the Longbow excellently, providing crucial mobility and filling in gaps within the Longbow's rotation. Together, they form a formidable combination, allowing for swift repositioning and strategic target selection. Access to stealth grants the ability to choose ideal positions for delivering maximum range damage, followed by seamlessly transitioning to close-quarters combat with dagger skills to finish off targets efficiently.
  • Longbow / Greatsword - Despite the additional ranged capabilities granted by the Longbow, the Greatsword alone lacks the damage output necessary to pose a significant threat. While the Longbow has the potential to deal damage, its mobility is lacking, leaving you vulnerable as you struggle to transition between melee and ranged combat.
  • Longbow / Staff - Longbow Staff remains one of the highest DPS combos in the game as it matches perfectly in both range and abilities. The use of Frost SmokescreenUsed frame.webpFrost Smokescreen offers you the mobility you need in order to maintain your range away from enemies and chipping them down using the longbow. Ensnaring ArrowUsed frame.webpEnsnaring Arrow is one of the main abilities that let you keep distance and the burst following a successful bind is incredible.
  • Longbow / Sword - While the sword offers valuable defense for the Longbow, its insufficient damage output significantly reduces overall DPS, making this combination weak. Additionally, the lack of mobility presents challenges, as it becomes difficult to escape from enemies or maintain distance to avoid melee combat.
  • Longbow / Wand - This combination remains unmatched as the premier healing build, providing unparalleled support for all teammates with exceptional healing capabilities and mana regeneration abilities like Nature's BlessingUsed frame.webpNature's Blessing. It delivers abundant AOE healing and serves as the backbone of every group fight, often proving difficult for enemies to pin down.

Staff

  • Staff / Crossbow - This weapon combination is similar to the Crossbow Longbow but it lacks sustained damage and relies mostly on medium range burst with the crossbow and the extra damage from the staff abilities. It lacks defensive options besides Frost SmokescreenUsed frame.webpFrost Smokescreen and Selfless DiffusionUsed frame.webpSelfless Diffusion but still shines in quick skirmishes.
  • Staff / Dagger - The dagger pairs exceptionally well with the staff, which provides consistent high sustained damage.
  • Staff / Greatsword - The staff proves invaluable for kiting enemies, enabling you to keep them at bay until they approach. Utilizing the Greatsword's stuns when they draw near can provide an advantage. However, protracted engagements heighten vulnerability, particularly if more enemies join the encounter.
  • Staff / Longbow - Longbow Staff remains one of the highest DPS combos in the game as it matches perfectly in both range and abilities.
  • Staff / Sword - While the sword provides solid defensive capabilities, the staff's damage output is notably lacking when used independently for dealing damage.
  • Staff / Wand - In smaller group scenarios, the staff's damage output can apply significant pressure on enemies, while the wand's healing abilities provide crucial support for your own group. Additionally, the wand's capabilities for crowd control and damage over time can effectively neutralize individual threats and contribute to sustained damage.

Sword

  • Sword / Crossbow - While this combination offers the crossbow some protection and the opportunity to play in the frontline during small skirmishes, it lacks significant damage output in 1v1 fights to pose a substantial threat.
  • Sword / Dagger - The sword and dagger combination offers a respectable level of defense, allowing you to hold your ground in frontline engagements. However, the lack of significant damage output makes it challenging to win 1v1 encounters. Nonetheless, it positions you well as a frontline fighter, drawing enemy attention while your group capitalizes on dealing damage.
  • Sword / Greatsword - This weapon combination excels for those adopting a bruiser playstyle, proving highly effective against multiple targets and boasting respectable damage output in 1v1 encounters. Its durability allows for extended engagements, making it strong in group versus group fights.
  • Sword / Longbow - While the sword offers valuable defense for the Longbow, its insufficient damage output significantly reduces overall DPS, making this combination weak. Additionally, the lack of mobility presents challenges, as it becomes difficult to escape from enemies or maintain distance to avoid melee combat.
  • Sword / Staff - While the sword provides solid defensive capabilities, the staff's damage output is notably lacking when used independently for dealing damage.
  • Sword / Wand - The synergy between the sword's defensive attributes and the wand's healing abilities makes this combination ideal for tanking in small-scale PvP engagements. With this setup, you can effectively absorb incoming damage from other groups or individual players while using your disruptive abilities to force opponents out of position. Alternatively, focusing more on the healing aspect of the wand allows you to provide essential support to your group, ensuring their survival during intense encounters.

Wand

  • Wand / Crossbow - For healers, this option isn't entirely unfavorable and could still function adequately as a frontline healer in a small group. However, in 1v1 scenarios, this combination can prove challenging to handle due to its high sustain capabilities.
  • Wand / Dagger - This combination shines in open-world PvP scenarios, delivering potent AOE damage and effectively harassing enemy groups from afar. Your ability to provide healing support to your group can significantly impact the outcome of engagements, tipping the scales in your favor with timely support.
  • Wand / Greatsword - This combination of the melee greatsword and healing abilities can serve niche purposes. While the damage output is notably deficient, the additional healing from the wand can provide utility for your group. However, the overall lack of damage and mobility often hinders success in duels.
  • Wand / Longbow - This combination remains unmatched as the premier healing build, providing unparalleled support for all teammates with exceptional healing capabilities and mana regeneration abilities like Nature's BlessingUsed frame.webpNature's Blessing. It delivers abundant AOE healing and serves as the backbone of every group fight, often proving difficult for enemies to pin down.
  • Wand / Staff - In smaller group scenarios, the staff's damage output can apply significant pressure on enemies, while the wand's healing abilities provide crucial support for your own group. Additionally, the wand's capabilities for crowd control and damage over time can effectively neutralize individual threats and contribute to sustained damage.
