Overview
This Staff and Crossbow build is tailored for large-scale PvP, focusing on delivering rapid bursts of damage, making it highly effective for players aiming to adopt a hyper-aggressive playstyle. With low cooldown abilities, you can swiftly move around zerg vs zerg fights, picking up kills and dealing AoE damage throughout the battlefield.
Attributes
Similar to many other DPS builds, the attribute selection is straightforward: Focus on allocating points into Dexterity and Perception as they provide the highest damage increase. Strive to reach level 30 in each stat to fully maximize your damage potential, as this is the primary strength of the build. Assign any remaining points into Wisdom to enhance your mana pool and regeneration, although mana sustain isn't a primary concern for this build.
Skills
Skill Priority
When it comes to leveling priority, focus on upgrading 
Serial Fire Bombs and 
Chain Lightning to rare quality. Rare Serial Fire Bombs increase the number of burn stacks you can apply to a target, while Chain Lightning's damage is directly enhanced based on the number of burn stacks on the target.
Mortal Mark is a versatile spell that synergizes well with your other skills, applying a debuff that deals burst damage at the end of the debuff duration, based on the damage inflicted during the debuff.
Quick Fire also receives a damage boost against burning or weakened targets when leveled to rare quality. Improving 
Nimble Leap improves your mobility by reducing its cooldown, providing more options to pursue targets. Since mobility is crucial in this large-scale PvP-focused build, upgrading 
Frost Smokescreen is essential, doubling its usage once the ability is upgraded to rare quality.
Quick Fire & Mortal Mark alongside Serial Fire Bombs take priority when upgrading your skills to epic as they offer the largest damage increase.
Passives Priority
With the majority of passives at the epic level, focus on upgrading your active skills to significantly reduce the overall cost of the build. Prioritize upgrading your main defensive passive, 
Mana Amp, as it grants a flat health increase perfect for large-scale PvP survivability.
Upgrade 
Eagle Vision for increased damage based on the distance from your target. Although the build excels in medium range, this enhancement remains valuable. Also, prioritize 
Flame Condensation for additional burn damage when using 
Infernal Meteor, 
Inferno Wave, and Serial Fire Bombs. This passive should be your primary focus when considering upgrades to epic skills due to its nice damage increase.

Staff:
To optimize your damage potential, invest 9 points into Destroy, which notably enhances skill damage and magical critical hit chances via the Weapon Masteries. Then, invest 3 points into Attribute to further augment your effectiveness, providing a substantial 10% increase in Burning Damage.
Crossbow:
Invest 9 points into Chain Fire to bolster your raw damage output and heighten your potential for securing kills. Allocate the remaining 3 points to Move, extending your range slightly and amplifying your damage further. This complements abilities such as 
Toublek's Thunderous Soul and the 
Miracle of Mother Nature Clothing set, both of which enhance your range that helps with kiting. This is most useful when using Infernal Meteor as high range allows you to be safe away from the frontline while using Infernal Meteor.
Rotations
- In this rotation, begin by buffing yourself with
High Locus to enhance your movement speed and maneuverability on the battlefield. Once you've identified a vulnerable target, start with three casts of Serial Fire Bombs, followed by Mortal Mark to set up for upcoming burst damage from the debuff it applies. Use Inferno Wave to maximize and refresh Burning stacks on your target, then use Chain Lightning and 
Judgment Lightning. Finally, finish with Quick Fire to eliminate any remaining HP after the initial burst from Mortal Mark and Judgment Lightning.
Infernal Meteor: The Meteor doesn't have a strict rotation and should be used opportunistically. Aim to cast it on a group of enemies when they are close together for maximum impact. Consider using damage-boosting consumables, such as food and potions, to amplify its burst potential. Since you lack crowd control abilities to set up enemies for the Meteor, coordinate with teammates who can create opportunities for you to use Infernal Meteor.
Selfless Diffusion: This ability grants you the means to break free from CC effects like the bind from 
Ensnaring Arrow or the enhanced version of 
Shadow Strike. When used in combination with Frost Smokescreen, it can swiftly change the battle in your favor by freeing you from enemy CC.
High Locus: Regularly use this ability to consistently reduce the cooldowns of your other abilities before starting a rotation. Additionally, its movement speed boost facilitates easier target pursuit or repositioning.
Wind Snatcher: This ability is one of the best abilities in the game for controlling range in a fight as it lowers enemy movement speed while also improving your own. Coupling this with High Locus can give you a great advantage as you kite at maximum range from your target.
Useful Information
- Opt for Lady Knight Kamarshea as your guardian; her shield provides crucial defense, capable of absorbing damage equivalent to 50% of your mana. This not only aids in reducing damage but also hastens your cooldown speed, enabling you to employ your abilities more frequently, despite this build's already short cooldowns.
