This build is up to date for the April 14, 2025 patch.
Overview
This Wand and Longbow PvP build stands out as one of the best options for small-scale PvP skirmishes. Its strength lies in its high self-healing capabilities and ability to support friendly players. While it often lacks in damage it is still able to win against opponents lacking healing sustain. Moreover, in team fights involving small groups of players, this build excels at providing healing support to the entire group while still contributing some damage.

Dexterity
With the unique stats and attributes system in Throne and Liberty, it can be difficult to determine exactly where to invest your attribute points at each stage of the game. This is because gear pieces provide attributes just like leveling up does, meaning everyone will have a different number of attribute points depending on what gear they are wearing at the time.
Given this variation, it's best to reset your attributes regularly to adjust to the new gear you acquire. Aim to reach the achievement effects, which provide extra benefits at milestones like 30, 50, and 70 points.
For this build, prioritize allocating points into Strength for extra heavy attack change and a good deal of extra HP. Your main stat should remain Wisdom howevever and you should aim to reach 50 points into Wisdom to boost your max mana and make use of the
Noble Revival to increase your overall healing. Both Dexterity and Perception are your secondary skills as they don't provide as much to the build.
Skills
The Wand & Longbow remains one of the most potent healers in the game and more than capable as a support in small scale PVP, able to heal and prevent damage through the use of its many abilities.
Invincible Wall and
Blessed Barrier are your main damage preventing skills you should use in order to deny enemy burst damage and keep your party safe.
Your main healing skill remains
Swift Healing and should be used to heal up an ally quickly while also healing yourself for 50% of the amount you healed your target. Another panic heal is the use of
Nature's Blessing near a target that already has
Healing Touch active thanks to the use of
Purifying Touch.
For self healing,
Fountain of Life is usually enough to keep yourself alive alongside the use of
Swift Healing but you can also use
Fountain of Life on the frontline or on stationary tanks that are actively blocking.
As far as damage and self peel goes, use
Ensnaring Arrow to bind targets that might try to engage on you while
Touch of Despair can be stacked on enemies to make use of
Full of Corruption whenever they die.

These are the first items you should strive for through the leveling period as they are very easy to get and upgrade or trait as needed. However, you shouldn't try to trait these items too much as you won't be spending too much time playing with this setup before you start changing pieces into the Midgame. The green accessories however are very easy to trait as you can craft many of them quickly in order to get the correct traits so you should consider traiting them until you change into purples. The same goes for the blue ring as you keep it for a long time.

This is the gear you should transition to once you're leveled to 50 and start grinding gear. It is comprised of gear you can get either from dungeons or by completing Litographs, they are relatively easy to trait up and you will spend most of the time wearing this set before advancing into the late game so traiting these items is very important and should be your main focus.

While runes can be applied to different types of gear, you should make sure that you invest into the gear pieces that you plan on using for a long time. However, if the build you are using uses the same items between Mid Game and End Game, you can invest into adding runes to them as early as you get the items.
This is the current endgame gear you should aim for, and while it isn't easy to acquire, it offers great power without the need of acquiring archboss gear pieces. However, items like
Tevent's Fangs of Fury or other archboss weapons are superior but difficult to acquire for the majority of players. If you do manage to get the archboss weapons for your build, feel free to use them over the weapons shown here.

You should be aiming to reach and unlock masteries (the corner nodes) as soon as possible as they usually make the largest impact in the build. While minor nodes shouldn't be forgotten, make sure to unlock masteries as fast as possible before spreading out and spending into less important nodes.

Rotations
- This rotation is intended to either save yourself and your target by using

Blessed Barrier on you two and resetting with
Blitz OR to save and heal two targets at the same time while also healing yourself.
- Start the rotation by applying

Blessed Barrier to your target before resetting its cooldown with
Blitz so you can use
Blessed Barrier again either on yourself or another target. Follow up with
Clay's Salvation while you are in range of your targets. Wrap up with
Swift Healing on whichever target still needs to be topped up.
Healing Touch & Nature's Blessing Combo ↴
- This rotation focuses on boosting the healing received by targets affected by your

Healing Touch. Once you've placed a
Healing Touch buff on a target (preferably 3 stacks), continue by using
Nature's Blessing to boost their regeneration before using
Flash Arrow in order to bring them back up to full HP while also possibly even damaging enemies that are caught in flashwave's path.

Blitz: Blitz is a highly versatile ability, allowing you to reset the cooldown of various skills such as
Blessed Barrier,
Clay's Salvation,
Decisive Sniping, and others, depending on the situation.

Clay's Salvation: This skill functions as your AoE healing ability. It's best used when your group members are clustered together, ensuring that the AoE heal reaches all of them effectively.

Arrow Vortex: Use this skill to disengage and protect yourself. In small-scale PvP, enemies will often chase you and your group for quick kills, however, that can easily prove to be a mistake. Activate
Arrow Vortex to launch them into the air and expose them to your team, helping your group follow-up once enemies are back on the ground. Alternatively, you can use it offensively to help make plays too!

Invincible Wall: This skill serves as one of your primary defensive abilities for your party. It's most effective when used preemptively, before engaging with an enemy, as it can mitigate a significant amount of damage and affects your entire party in range of your skill.
Useful Information
- Select Lady Knight Kamarshea as your guardian; it provides essential protection with its shield, capable of absorbing damage equal to 50% of your mana. This not only aids in mitigating damage but also increases your cooldown speed in order to let you heal more often.
