- High Debuffs
- Great Utility
- Low Damage
Overview
With this Healing Build, we'll be utilizing the combination of the Wand & Tome and Longbow weapons to support and heal allies. The Wand + Bow Healer build boasts excellent healing capabilities but can also deal damage when necessary. Our main hand weapon is the Wand & Tome, complemented by the Longbow in the off-hand. Together, these weapons form a formidable combination for healing allies. While the Longbow may seem like an unconventional choice, it possesses surprising healing capabilities, which will be elaborated on in the skill section of the Healer Build for Throne and Liberty.
Attributes
Your priority with this build should be wisdom, as it grants you high max mana which is very needed for a healer. Not only that but Wisdom also improves your mana regeneration and cooldown speed which are all needed. Once Wisdom is at 30, you want to put 30 points into perception for extra damage which scales up the healing done by your healing abilities. Rest of 9 points can go into strength for higher base HP that will improve your survivability, improving your max HP
Skills
Skill Priority
When prioritizing skill upgrades, focus on getting Swift Healing up to Epic first. Simultaneously, upgrade Touch of Despair and Nature's Blessing along with Swift Healing. Since the build mainly relies on epic high-level skills, you won't have many skills that need to be upgraded before reaching the maximum level.
Passives Priority
We rely on many high-level passives, which keeps the cost for the build quite low. You should prioritize Devotion and Emptiness as it increases the amount of healing you provide through all your healing abilities. Distorted Sanctuary enhances your defensive stats as long as you remain near other party members. Meanwhile, Wraith's Beckon extends the duration of your curses, providing extra healing thanks to Vampiric Contract.

Wand:
Investing 9 points in Recovery is the optimal choice as it increases the amount of healing you can perform while also providing extra mana regeneration. The remaining 3 points can be allocated to Weaken, primarily for extending damage duration.
Bow: Investing 8 points in the Check row is an excellent choice as it offers increased cooldown speed and extra mana, along with mana regeneration. Allocating 4 points into Support will provide a bit of extra health and health regeneration, as well as added movement speed.
Rotations
- The Healer build doesn't follow a strict rotation, but here's a solid strategy to kick off any boss fight: Begin by pre-healing your tank and reducing the boss's resistances. Start debuffing the boss with Time for Punishment and Deadly Marker, weaving Touch of Despair between the two so you may start offering heals to your tank through Vampiric Contract Place Fountain of Life on top of the tank to provide continuous healing as long as they remain within the AOE, supplemented by the passive healing from Vampiric Contract. This setup allows you to focus on topping up any damage taken by the DPS with Swift Healing. If any DPS member requires immediate healing, prioritize Blessed Barrier followed by Swift Healing.
Cursed Nightmare: This is your best ability to get rid of ads that are focusing you because of your healing or the damage you do onto the boss if the tank doesn't take aggro. It will sleep the mobs and get them off your for enough time for the tank to regain aggro.
Blitz: Blitz is a fantastic ability with great versatility, enabling you to reset the cooldown of most skills like Blessed Barrier or Clay's Salvation. Utilize it when the dungeon becomes chaotic and everyone is taking excessive damage, but be mindful of the mana cost associated with repeatedly using high-level abilities.
Clay's Salvation: This is your AOE healing ability. Try to use it whenever your group mates are close together so the AOE heal can reach all of them.
Nature's Blessing: This bow ability is a valuable for passive health regeneration. Once it reaches epic grade, it also enhances mana regeneration, which synergizes perfectly with Inner Peace, an ability commonly used by mages. Before activating Nature's Blessing, communicate with mages in your group so they can prepare to use Inner Peace and replenish their mana reserves fully.
Touch of Despair: While being one of your only damaging abilities, when coupled with Vampiric Contract passive, it can provide significant passive healing as long as you maintain the curse stacks on the target. Ensure to keep the curse stacks up for optimal healing.
