- High Sustained DPS
- Versatile
- Low Mobility
- Low Sustain
Overview
This versatile Bow and Greatsword PvP build emphasizes quickly bursting down targets with initial close-quarters damage from the Greatsword, while the Bow aids in dealing with ranged opponents attempting to evade or finish off targets at a distance. Ensnaring Arrow proves invaluable for immobilizing enemies, enabling you to close the gap and sustain DPS.
Attributes
Prioritize allocating points into Dexterity and Perception as they offer the most substantial increase in damage output. This is generally the route you wanna take with any DPS focused build. Aim to reach level 30 in each stat to fully maximize your damage potential, as this is the core strength of the build. Allocate the remaining points into Strength to bolster your health pool and capitalize on the additional damage provided by the Vital Force.
Skills
Skill Priority
Since we don't heavily rely on Bow skills in this build, upgrading them remains relatively inexpensive. Prioritize upgrading Ensnaring Arrow, Decisive Sniping, and Strafing to enhance your damage output. Ensnaring Arrow should take precedence as the increased bind duration allows for better control over your target and facilitates the integration of Ascending Slash into your rotation.
For the Greatsword, prioritize upgrading Valiant Brawl and Stunning Blow to rare quality as they are crucial in your initial engagement rotation alongside Willbreaker. Since Willbreaker starts as an epic skill, you don't need to prioritize its upgrade initially. However, upgrading Death Blow to epic provides a significant damage boost.
Passives Priority
Thankfully as we make use of high level passive skills, we don't need to spend too many books on passives which allows us to focus more on the active skills. Steady Aim provides you with high Critical Hit against bound targets and pairs perfectly with Ensnaring Arrow, improving your initial damage when engaging a target. Up next in your priority list should be upgrading Robust Constitution and Vital Force as they complement each other, providing extra damage and health. Cold Warrior offers increased critical hit chance and heavy attack chance after using Stunning Blow, which shouldn't be ignored as it significantly boosts your heavy attack chance when used alongside Precision Dash in your rotation.

Bow:
Allocate 9 points into Sniping for the significant increase in damage it provides. Then, invest the remaining 3 points into Check for additional damage and bind chance, which will assist with your Ensnaring Arrow, making it easier to initiate your rotation.
Greatsword:
Allocate 9 points into Incapacitate to increase stun duration and enhance your stun chance. Once you've maxed out Incapacitate, allocate the remaining points into Face Off to further boost your damage output.
Rotations
- Initiate the fight by casting Deadly Marker to debuff your target, then follow up with Ensnaring Arrow to immobilize them. Push in with Precision Dash to begin your Greatsword rotation, using Stunning Blow next to apply another debuff with Willbreaker. Burst down the target with Death Blow and Valiant Brawl. Afterward, disengage from the target, using Strafing to kite away while waiting for your Ensnaring Arrow cooldown to reset.
- While your Ranged DPS isn't anything to write home about, it can still deliver sustained damage and you can prove to be quite annoying using your bow from range, taunting your enemies to push closer and engage you so you can flip the fight in your favour.
Guillotine Blade: This ability can only be used when coupled with Stunning Blow or even Ensnaring Arrow because of it's cast time and while it offers high damage, using it on its own will likely get you killed.
Useful Information
- Select Lady Knight Kamarshea as your guardian; it provides essential protection with its shield, capable of absorbing damage equal to 50% of your mana. This not only aids in mitigating damage but also increases your cooldown speed in order to let you heal more often.
