With this Healing Build, we'll be utilizing the combination of the Wand & Tome and Longbow weapons to support and heal allies. The Wand + Bow Healer build boasts excellent healing capabilities but can also deal damage when necessary. Our main hand weapon is the Wand & Tome, complemented by the Longbow in the off-hand. Together, these weapons form a formidable combination for healing allies. While the Longbow may seem like an unconventional choice, it possesses surprising healing capabilities, which will be elaborated on in the skill section of the Healer Build for Throne and Liberty.

Your priority with this build should be wisdom, as it grants you high max mana which is very needed for a healer. Not only that but Wisdom also improves your mana regeneration and cooldown speed which are all needed. Once Wisdom is at 30, you want to put 30 points into strength for higher base HP that will improve your survivability while the rest of your points will go into dexterity for even more resistance.

As your main goal remains to provide healing to your party, you want to always focus on improving your healing skills first. {{Skill|Fountain of Life|active}}, {{Skill|Swift Healing|active}} and {{Skill|Clay's Salvation|active}} are your healing skills and they should be prioritized as you make use of them most when playing this Wand & Longbow build.

==Skill Priority==
Your DPS skills shouldn't be forgotten though as you want to make great use of debuffs like {{Skill|Deadly Marker|active}}, {{Skill|Time for Punishment|active}} and {{Skill|Touch of Despair|active}} which should remain active on the boss as often as possible.

When prioritizing skill upgrades, focus on getting {{Skill|Swift Healing|active}} up to Epic first. Simultaneously, upgrade {{Skill|Touch of Despair|active}} and {{Skill|Nature's Blessing|active}} along with {{Skill|Swift Healing|active}}. Since the build mainly relies on epic high-level skills, you won't have many skills that need to be upgraded before reaching the maximum level.
This build isn't lacking in direct damage either as you can use {{Skill|Zephyr's Nock|active}}, {{Skill|Strafing|active}} and the highest damaging one being {{Skill|Decisive Sniping|active}}. You should always try to use these whenever you have the time between healing allies, usually easiest to use in the beginnig of a boss fight.

We rely on many high-level passives, which keeps the cost for the build quite low. You should prioritize {{Skill|Devotion and Emptiness|passive}} as it increases the amount of healing you provide through all your healing abilities. {{Skill|Distorted Sanctuary|passive}} enhances your defensive stats as long as you remain near other party members. Meanwhile, {{Skill|Wraith's Beckon|passive}} extends the duration of your curses, providing extra healing thanks to {{Skill|Vampiric Contract|passive}}.

Investing 9 points in Recovery is the only option as it increases the healing amount you can perform while also offering extra mana regeneration. 3 remaining points can go into weaken, mainly for extra damage duration.
To enhance the overall damage of your skills, allocate 9 points into the Damage row and the remaining 6 points into Recovery for Skill Heal and crit rate.

'''Bow:'''

Investing 9 points in the Boss row is a straightforward decision as it provides you with extra PVE defenses tailored for fighting bosses, along with some additional health. The remaining 3 points will be allocated to Provoke & Counter for further defense.
You want to get 9 points into Support for extra resistances while the extra 6 points should go into Check for even more cooldown speed to further decrease your cooldown times.

{{Skill|Stalwart Bastion|Active}}: This ability functions as your panic button when you're taking excessive damage and your passive skills aren't enough to sustain you. It's also the ability you use when the boss casts a high-damage spell, and it's recommended that your party members gather close to benefit from its protective effect.

{{Skill|Provoking Roar|Active}}: Your sole AOE taunt ability, you should reserve this for drawing the attention of multiple smaller enemies, typically appearing as ads during boss encounters or as trash mobs before reaching bosses.

{{Skill|Immortal Pride|Active}}: Another ability that can serve as a panic button or boost your health to survive boss damage that would otherwise be fatal.

{{Skill|Blessed Barrier|Active}}: This spell gives you another shield on demand along with giving you a massive increase in your defenses for 6 seconds and can be used on other party members as any healing received by a shielded player is also increased.
{{Skill|Fountain of Life|Active}}: You should use this skill to keep your tank and melee DPS healthy throughout the fight, allowing you to use your other skills to heal ranged DPS and yourself.

{{Skill|Swift Healing|Active}}: This is your primary healing ability for yourself or party members. However, exercise caution, as the second cast consumes significantly more mana.
{{Skill|Swift Healing|Active}}: This is the perfect skill for single target healing and also heals you for 50% of the healing done!

{{Skill|Clay's Salvation|Active}}: This is your AOE healing ability. Try to use it whenever your group mates are close together so the AOE heal can reach all of them.

{{Skill|Nature's Blessing|Active}}: This bow ability is a valuable for passive health regeneration. It also enhances mana regeneration, which synergizes perfectly with {{Skill|Inner Peace|Active}}, an ability commonly used by mages. Before activating {{Skill|Nature's Blessing|Active}}, communicate with mages in your group so they can prepare to use {{Skill|Inner Peace|Active}} and replenish their mana reserves.
You should use this ability on cooldown for yourself. Place the AOE in the position where you tank the boss to receive constant healing. Other party members can move in to receive the heal if needed, but you should prioritize using it for yourself.
