This Staff and Wand build focuses around playing in small groups or solo. With it's great single target damage and self healing abilities, it can blast through the leveling part of Throne and Liberty with ease while also proving to be incredibly capable in PvP events. While it isn't difficult to play, this build can truly shine when used by someone that mastered it.

Your primary focus with this build should be Dexterity for increased damage, getting that to 30 should be your priority before moving on to perception and getting that also up to 30 for even more flat damage increase, rest of your points should go into wisdom for a bit of extra mana regeneration and maximum mana. Due to the use of {{Skill|Inner Peace|active}}, you have no mana issues whatsoever as you remain capable of regaining most of your mana between fights.
For this build, your main stat should remain Wisdom howevever and you should aim to reach 70 points into Wisdom to boost your max mana and make use of the {{Skill|Noble Revival|passive}} to increase your overall healing. Afterwards, you should prioritize Strength for extra max HP and defensive stats that will help you stay alive. You should also aim to reach 30 in dexterity and 40 in perception for extra buff duration and resistances but both remain secondary stats.

==Skill Priority==
When prioritizing skill upgrades, start with {{Skill|Swift Healing|active}} and {{Skill|Clay's Salvation|active}} as they are your main healing abilities. However, do not forget {{Skill|Blessed Barrier|active}} and {{Skill|Invincile Wall|active}} as they provide amazing shielding and can be used to proactively before engages to negate damage.

When prioritizing skill upgrades, start with {{Skill|Swift Healing|active}} as it's your main healing ability that pairs well with {{Skill|Blessed Barrier|active}} and being able to cast it twice is fantastic even with increased mana cost. Next, focus on upgrading {{Skill|Serial Fire Bombs|active}} to improve your main damage ability. Follow up with {{Skill|Chain Lightning|active}} and {{Skill|Inferno Wave|active}} whenever you find rare books!

==Passives Priority==
As far as damaging skills go, {{Skill|Touch of Despair|active}} is your only damaging skill and you should use this to stack up your {{Skill|Full of Corruption|passive}} instead of doing actual damage. {{Skill|Cursed Nightmare|active}} is a fantastic skill for CC-ing whole enemy groups and should be one of your priorities when upgrading skills!

Start by upgrading {{Skill|Manaball Eruption|passive}} to improve your auto-attack damage by a lot, allowing you to kite using {{Skill|Frost Smokescreen|active}} while burning down your targets through auto-attacks. {{Skill|Devotion and Emptiness|passive}} is a great flat healing increase and {{Skill|Mana Amp|passive}} offers important max HP.

{{Rotation|AOE Sleep Rotation|Touch of Despair, Cursed Nightmare, Karmic Haze}}
*Start off the rotation by buffing with {{Skill|High Locus|active}} to decrease your cooldowns and also increase your movement speed. Debuff your target with {{Skill|Time for Punishment|active}} and then cast all three charges of {{Skill|Serial Fire Bombs|active}} to up the burn stacks on the target before using {{Skill|Inferno Wave|active}} for the same reason. Use {{Skill|Chain Lightning|active}} coupled with {{Skill|Judgment Lightning|active}} for high burst damage and then use {{Skill|Ray of Disaster|active}} to finish off the target.
* While this is one of the simplest combos to execute, your positioning is the most important as you have to be rather close to the enemies to pull this off correctly. You want to look for stacked enemies during an enemy push or while your team is pushing towards the enemy zerg and your shotcaller is looking for an engage. Find an enemy in the group and use {{Skill|Touch of Despair|active}} and {{Skill|Cursed Nightmare|active}} to apply the {{Skill|Touch of Despair|active}} debuff and sleep before using {{Skill|Karmic Haze|active}} to spread the {{Skill|Cursed Nightmare|active}} to nearby enemies alongside {{Skill|Touch of Despair|active}}.

{{Skill|Swift Healing|Active}}: With this being your only healing ability, you want to try and use this smartly even though you can use the ability twice. Try to always pair it with {{Skill|Blessed Barrier|Active}} to boost the healing amount.
{{Skill|Swift Healing|Active}}: With this being your only healing ability, you want to try and use this smartly even though you can use the ability twice. Try to always pair it with {{Skill|Blessed Barrier|Active}} to boost the healing amount.

{{Skill|Inner Peace|Active}}: You want to use this ability whenever you have the chance between fights, with a low 60s cooldown, you should be able to use it quite a lot once its upgraded to epic. It pairs very well with {{Skill|Nature's Blessing|Active}}, allowing you for 100% max mana recovery when used while under the effect of {{Skill|Nature's Blessing|Active}}
{{Skill|Inner Peace|Active}}: With the specializtion, this skill allows you to survive a combo as you become immune to CC. This is skill is a great help whenever you are caught alone by a Greatsword or during enemy engages.

{{Skill|Frost Smokescreen|Active}}: This skill is a great utility skill as it allows you to move across the battlefield quickly, getting out of sticky situations!

{{Skill|High Focus|Active}}: Use this as a defensive skill, offering you great evasion rate and helping you withstand damage. You should have this applied to yourself as often as possible!

Useful Information

  • Choose Lady Knight Kamarshea as your guardian; it provides good protection with its shield, capable of absorbing damage equal to 50% of your mana. This not only helps mitigate damage but also speeds up your cooldowns, allowing you to use your abilities much more often.
