==Overview==
Wand and Staff PvE build with focuses on AoE grinding large amounts of mobs for rare drops, contracts or lithograph grinding. It can also excel in open world dungeons grinding high level mobs with a group for drops or contracts.
Wand and Staff PvE build which provides excellent healing capabilities with decent damage dealing compared to other healing classes. The main hand weapon is the Wand however and so the build remains mainly a healer, but it is complemented by the Staff in the off-hand for extra damage.

Your primary focus with this build should be Dexterity for increased damage, getting that to 30 should be your priority before moving on to perception and getting that also up to 30 for even more damage, rest of your points should go into wisdom for a bit of extra mana regeneration and maximum mana. Coupled with the mana passives and {{Skill|Inner Peace|active}}, it will all help you move between packs of mobs with ease without running out.
For this build your main stat will be Wisdom and you should aim to reach high Wisdom to boost your max mana and make use of the {{Skill|Noble Revival|passive}} to increase your overall healing. Afterwards, you should prioritize Dexterity for damage purposes. Strength provides extra max HP and defensive stats that will help you stay alive more, especially in difficult PvE content. Perception offers a bit of extra stats but isn't as important as the rest.

As your main goal remains to provide healing to your party, you want to always focus on improving your healing skills first. {{Skill|Fountain of Life|active}}, {{Skill|Swift Healing|active}} and {{Skill|Clay's Salvation|active}} are your healing skills and they should be prioritized as you make use of them most when playing this Wand & Staff build.

==Skill Priority==
Your DPS skills shouldn't be forgotten though as you want to make great use of debuffs like {{Skill|Corrupted Magic Circle|active}}, {{Skill|Time for Punishment|active}} and {{Skill|Touch of Despair|active}} which should remain active on the boss as often as possible.
{{Priority|

{{Priority active|Swift Healing|Rare}},
This build isn't lacking in direct damage either as you can use {{Skill|Judgment Lightning|active}}, {{Skill|Serial Fire Bombs|active}} and  {{Skill|Infernal Meteor|active}}. You should always try to use these whenever you have the time between healing allies, usually easiest is to use them in the beginning of a fight.
{{Priority active|Touch of Despair|Rare}},

{{Priority active|Swift Healing|Epic}},

}}

When prioritizing skill upgrades, start by improving {{Skill|Swift Healing|active}} as it's your primary healing ability. Upgrading it to rare allows you to cast the ability twice, which is incredibly helpful. Next, focus on upgrading {{Skill|Touch of Despair|active}} to enhance its curse-stacking capability. Then, consider upgrading {{Skill|Curse Explosion|active}} for the HP shield, followed by {{Skill|Chain Lightning|active}} for additional damage and cooldown reduction if your character is in a wet state.

You should prioritize {{Skill|Devotion and Emptiness|passive}} as it increases the amount of healing you provide to yourself as you don't have a lot of healing abilities using this build so everything helps. {{Skill|Manaball Eruption|passive}} will aid you with dealing single target damage before you drop your AoEs while {{Skill|Asceticism|passive}} helps a lot with regaining your mana. {{Skill|Flame Condensation|passive}} will increase the damage your {{Skill|Infernal Meteor|active}} does while {{Skill|Mana Amp|passive}} at epic gives you extra max health that you need when tanking groups of mobs.
These are the first items you should strive for through the leveling period as they are very easy to get and upgrade or trait as needed. However, you shouldn't try to trait these items too much as you won't be spending too much time playing with this setup before you start changing pieces into the Midgame. The green accessories however are very easy to trait as you can craft many of them quickly in order to get the correct traits so you should consider traiting them until you change into purples.

Allocating 9 points into Damage is the only viable choice as it adds a lot of extra damage for the build and matches perfectly with the Staff, the last 3 points can go into Weaken for extra curse duration.
To enhance the damage and curses of your skills, allocate 9 points into the Weaken row and the remaining 6 points into Recovery for Skill Heal and crit rate.

'''Staff:'''
'''Staff:'''
Investing 9 points into Destroy is ideal as it provides passive damage and extra critical hit chance, which aligns perfectly with the build's focus on damage. The remaining 3 points should be allocated to Attribute for the additional 10% Burning Damage, further enhancing your offensive capabilities.

*First you want to use {{Skill|High Locus|active}} to lower your cooldowns before continuing with the rotation. Use your auto attack (default key E) in order to pull mobs closer to you while you cast {{Skill|Touch of Despair|active}} on a single mob, you want to keep kiting while constantly casting only {{Skill|Touch of Despair|active}} until you get 3 curse stacks. Once you've managed that and the mobs are together, you cast {{Skill|Time for Punishment|active}} followed by {{Skill|Karmic Haze|active}} which will spread the curses to the nearby mobs. Follow up with {{Skill|Corrupted Magic Circle|active}} and {{Skill|Curse Explosion|active}} to deal incredible damage. If the mobs aren't dead yet and you need to clean up, you can line them all up for the {{Skill|Ice Spear|active}} that deals AOE damage before following up with {{Skill|Chain Lightning|active}} to finish whatever mob still remains.
* Start the boss by using {{Skill|Infernal Meteor|active}} and {{Skill|High Focus|active}} then apply {{Skill|Touch of Despair|active}} before continuing debuffing the boss with {{Skill|Time for Punishment|active}}. Begin your direct damage rotation with {{Skill|Serial Fire Bombs|active}} before using {{Skill|Judgment Lightning|active}} and {{Skill|Touch of Despair|active}} again, then use {{Skill|Corrupted Magic Circle|active}} and expload your curses using {{Skill|Curse Explosion|active}}.

{{Skill|Fountain of Life|Active}}: You should use this skill to keep your tank and melee DPS healthy throughout the fight, allowing you to use your other skills to heal ranged DPS and yourself.

{{Skill|Infernal Meteor|Active}}: This is the ability you use to finish off mobs if your {{Skill|Ice Spear|active}} {{Skill|Chain Lightning|active}} combo is on cooldown.
{{Skill|Swift Healing|Active}}: This is the perfect skill for single target healing.

{{Skill|Judgment Lightning|Active}}: This ability can be used instead of {{Skill|Chain Lightning|active}} in the combo with {{Skill|Ice Spear|active}} as it also deals higher damage and can be reset by proccing a heavy attack when using it.
{{Skill|Clay's Salvation|Active}}: This is your secondary AoE healing ability. Try to use it whenever your group mates are close together so the AoE heal can reach all of them.

{{Skill|Inner Peace|active}}: You use this ability whenever it's off cooldown or between mob packs in order to keep your mana up.
{{Skill|Inner Peace|Active}}: This staff ability is valuable for fast mana regeneration, but make sure to stand still while you use it, because it cancels the skill if you move.

{{Skill|Swift Healing|active}}: This is your only single target healing ability and you should use it in order to save yourself, keeping yourself alive whenever the Amitoi Cheer isn't enough.
{{Skill|Touch of Despair|Active}}: While being one of your debuff abilities, when coupled with {{Skill|Vampiric Contract|passive}} passive, it can provide significant passive healing as long as you maintain the curse stacks on the target. Ensure to keep the curse stacks up for optimal healing and to maximize the damage done.

Overview

Wand and Staff PvE build which provides excellent healing capabilities with decent damage dealing compared to other healing classes. The main hand weapon is the Wand however and so the build remains mainly a healer, but it is complemented by the Staff in the off-hand for extra damage.

Perception Perception
With the unique stats and attributes system in Throne and Liberty, it can be difficult to determine exactly where to invest your attribute points at each stage of the game. This is because gear pieces provide attributes just like leveling up does, meaning everyone will have a different number of attribute points depending on what gear they are wearing at the time.
Given this variation, it's best to reset your attributes regularly to adjust to the new gear you acquire. Aim to reach the achievement effects, which provide extra benefits at milestones like 30, 50, and 70 points.

For this build your main stat will be Wisdom and you should aim to reach high Wisdom to boost your max mana and make use of the Noble RevivalActive frame.webpNoble Revival to increase your overall healing. Afterwards, you should prioritize Dexterity for damage purposes. Strength provides extra max HP and defensive stats that will help you stay alive more, especially in difficult PvE content. Perception offers a bit of extra stats but isn't as important as the rest.

While runes can be applied to different types of gear, you should make sure that you invest into the gear pieces that you plan on using for a long time. However, if the build you are using uses the same items between Mid Game and End Game, you can invest into adding runes to them as early as you get the items.

This is the current endgame gear you should aim for, and while it isn't easy to acquire, it offers great power without the need of acquiring archboss gear pieces. However, items like Template:Chest or other archboss drops are superior but difficult to acquire for the majority of players.
