Overview
This Staff & Wand build focuses around playing in small groups of solo. With it's great single target damage and self healing abilities, it can blast through the leveling part of Throne and Liberty with ease while also proving to be incredibly capable in PVP events. While it isn't difficult to play, this build can truly shine when used by someone that mastered it.
Attributes
Your primary focus with this build should be Dexterity for increased damage, getting that to 30 should be your priority before moving on to perception and getting that also up to 30 for even more flat damage increase, rest of your points should go into wisdom for a bit of extra mana regeneration and maximum mana. Due to the use of Inner Peace, you have no mana issues whatsoever as you remain capable of regaining most of your mana between fights.

Skill Priority
When prioritizing skill upgrades, start with Swift Healing as it's your main healing ability that pairs well with Blessed Barrier and being able to cast it twice is fantastic even with increased mana cost. Next, focus on upgrading Serial Fire Bombs to improve your main damage ability. Follow up with Chain Lightning and Inferno Wave whenever you find rare books!
Passives Priority
Start by upgrading Manaball Eruption to improve your auto-attack damage by a lot, allowing you to kite using Frost Smokescreen while burning down your targets through auto-attacks. Devotion and Emptiness is a great flat healing increase and Mana Amp offers important max HP.
