This build focuses on Staff + Wand combo. It has enfeeble mechanic skills which apply DoT (Damage over time) on the target, that can stack and also influence some of the skills effects. Staff is very good in standard PVE activities while it can shine in large scale PVP due to AOE and CC

Useful Information
- Always stay at max range from the boss
- Use your rotation wisely by applying correct enfeebles and resistances
- Heal yourself or your party members whenever it is needed
- Don't zone out and full DPS, you play off-hand heal for a reason
