Ravager - Greatsword + Dagger PvE Build
- High Sustained DPS
- Versatility
- High Skill Ceiling
- Limited AoE
Overview
This Greatsword and Dagger PvE build is centered around achieving high single-target sustained DPS, rendering it perfectly suited for Dungeons and PVE events where maximizing damage against individual targets is paramount for a DPS role. Additionally, the build features numerous movement skills, enabling seamless maneuverability and swift transitions between targets in open-world PVE events, facilitating the attainment of high rankings in each event.
Attributes
Prioritize allocating points into Dexterity as your main stat until reaching 30, then focus on Perception up to 30. Any leftover points should be invested into Strength, as it provides additional damage due to the Vital Force. However, keep in mind that Perception and Dexterity should remain your main stats, as they offer the most significant damage increase.
Skills
Skill Priority
Given the importance of your combo, it's essential to prioritize upgrading all skills involved in your damage-dealing sequences. Skills such as DaVinci's Courage can be left for later upgrades, as they don't contribute as significantly to your overall damage output compared to other skills in your arsenal.
Passives Priority
Because this build mainly depends on higher-level passives and doesn't need as many lower-level ones, you won't require as many books for them, providing some flexibility. However, it's still important to prioritize Vital Force and Robust Constitution passives. These two passives complement each other well and synergize effectively, boosting the effectiveness of your build.

Greatsword: Invest 9 points into Face Off to improve your overall damage and some added heavy attack chance, you want to then put the rest 3 points into Incapacitate for some extra damage.
Dagger: Selecting Assassination for your Dagger is crucial as it provides a notable damage boost. Allocate the remaining 3 points into Poison for a chance to weaken foes and add extra damage.
Rotations
- This is your primary DPS rotation, commencing with DaVinci's Courage as your principal damage boost and support ability. It enhances attack speed and HP for all party members before a boss encounter in a dungeon. File:Utilize Inject Venom.webpUtilize Inject Venom whenever it's off cooldown to maintain poison stacks, which increase your critical damage rate due to Vicious Fangs.
- This rotation is perfect for swiftly dealing high damage, particularly when your primary skills are on cooldown. It's a shorter and simpler combo to execute, yet it still delivers significant damage, primarily thanks to Guillotine Blade. However, due to the casting time of Stunning Blow, make sure your target is stunned before using it.
- Since the build tends to be quite mana-intensive, here's another rotation designed to handle low HP targets without depleting your mana reserves entirely. I suggest employing this rotation during PVE events where you need to deal with numerous mobs over an extended period.
Shadow Strike: This is one of your two movement abilities, alongside Precision Dash. You can utilize it to close the distance on enemies or reposition yourself to steal mob kills from other players.
Useful Information
- Select Lady Knight Kamarshea as your guardian; it provides essential protection with its shield, which absorbs damage equal to 50% of your mana. While the shield is active, you also gain a 40% Cooldown Speed boost. Although the shield is valuable, ensure to maintain it for as long as possible to maximize the duration of the increased cooldown speed. Remember, the guardian will be lost if the shield is depleted, so be mindful of that!
- For gear you want to get the Reaper Set as its currently Best in Slot armor set for DPS but it also gives you a lot of dexterity and perception. Tevent's Despair Blade is the greatsword you want as it creates an AoE explosion on targets you stun, adding a lot of damage every time you use Stunning Blow. Morokai's Corrupt Sword and Magnaduke's Berserk Blade are also decent choices but your goal should remain Tevent's Despair Blade. Lequirus's Thorny Edge is relatively easy to get and gives you extra damage after using Shadow Strike, with Kowazan's Twilight Blade being a decent option for the extra damage during night. Rex Chimaerus's Fang would be a good choice as well as it gives 8 dexterity which is quite a lot of extra damage.
