Seeker - Wand + Longbow PvE Build
- High AOE Healing & Buffs
- Low Damage
Overview
With this Healing Build, we'll be utilizing the combination of the Wand & Tome and Longbow weapons to support and heal allies. The Wand + Bow Healer build boasts excellent healing capabilities but can also deal damage when necessary. Our main hand weapon is the Wand & Tome, complemented by the Longbow in the off-hand. Together, these weapons form a formidable combination for healing allies. While the Longbow may seem like an unconventional choice, it possesses surprising healing capabilities, which will be elaborated on in the skill section of the Healer Build for Throne and Liberty.
Attributes
Your priority with this build should be wisdom, as it grants you high max mana which is very needed for a healer. Not only that but Wisdom also improves your mana regeneration and cooldown speed which are all needed. Once Wisdom is at 30, you want to put 30 points into strength for higher base HP that will improve your survivability while the rest of your points will go into dexterity for even more resistance.
Skills
Skill Priority
When prioritizing skill upgrades, focus on getting Swift Healing up to Epic first. Simultaneously, upgrade Touch of Despair and Nature's Blessing along with Swift Healing. Since the build mainly relies on epic high-level skills, you won't have many skills that need to be upgraded before reaching the maximum level.
Passives Priority
We rely on many high-level passives, which keeps the cost for the build quite low. You should prioritize Devotion and Emptiness as it increases the amount of healing you provide through all your healing abilities. Distorted Sanctuary enhances your defensive stats as long as you remain near other party members. Meanwhile, Wraith's Beckon extends the duration of your curses, providing extra healing thanks to Vampiric Contract.

Wand:
Investing 9 points in Recovery is the only option as it increases the healing amount you can perform while also offering extra mana regeneration. 3 remaining points can go into weaken, mainly for extra damage duration.
Bow: Investing 9 points in the Boss row is a straightforward decision as it provides you with extra PVE defenses tailored for fighting bosses, along with some additional health. The remaining 3 points will be allocated to Provoke & Counter for further defense.
Rotations
- As you approach the boss, begin with Time for Punishment to decrease the boss's resistances. Immediately follow up with Touch of Despair to apply damage over time effects before engaging the boss directly. Activate Counter Barrier and Shield Strike to firmly establish aggro. Continue using Touch of Despair on cooldown, alternating with Shield Strike, while employing A Shot at Victory for additional damage.
Stalwart Bastion: This ability functions as your panic button when you're taking excessive damage and your passive skills aren't enough to sustain you. It's also the ability you use when the boss casts a high-damage spell, and it's recommended that your party members gather close to benefit from its protective effect.
Provoking Roar: Your sole AOE taunt ability, you should reserve this for drawing the attention of multiple smaller enemies, typically appearing as ads during boss encounters or as trash mobs before reaching bosses.
Immortal Pride: Another ability that can serve as a panic button or boost your health to survive boss damage that would otherwise be fatal.
Blessed Barrier: This spell gives you another shield on demand along with giving you a massive increase in your defenses for 6 seconds and can be used on other party members as any healing received by a shielded player is also increased.
Swift Healing: This is your primary healing ability for yourself or party members. However, exercise caution, as the second cast consumes significantly more mana.
Clay's Salvation: This is your AOE healing ability. Try to use it whenever your group mates are close together so the AOE heal can reach all of them.
Fountain of Life: You should use this ability on cooldown for yourself. Place the AOE in the position where you tank the boss to receive constant healing. Other party members can move in to receive the heal if needed, but you should prioritize using it for yourself.
