Overview
Longbow and Crossbow build for all PvE content in Throne and Liberty. This cookie-cutter build is perfect for anyone that wants to grind PvE events, Contracts, run dungeons or do PvE challenges. The build pairs two weapons with incredible damage output perfectly and remains very easy to play for new players.
Attributes
Your main priority with this build should be Dexterity for increased damage. Aim to reach level 30 in Dexterity before focusing on Perception, which also boosts your damage. Allocate any remaining points into Wisdom for extra mana regeneration and maximum mana, but it shouldn't be your priority stat. Keep in mind that going past 30 points into one attribute will come with additional cost which normally isn't preferred.
Skills
Skill Priority
Mortal Mark pairs perfectly as a starter for all your combos because it adds delayed damage based on your DPS done during it's duration. This should be your first priority to improve your max DPS. Follow up by upgrading 
Quick Fire, 
Zephyr's Nock, 
Decisive Sniping, and 
Ensnaring Arrow as they all start at uncommon. 
Strafing, is one of your earliest rare abilities and one of your hardest hitting skills that only gets better with more crit rate.
Selfless Diffusion is great if bosses or mobs root you but shouldn't be a priority.
Passives Priority
Rapidfire Stance is an incredible damage boosting passive and should take priority when upgrading. 
Sniper's Sense and 
Steady Aim increases your critical hit when attacking people rooted by Ensnaring Arrow and helps a lot with activeting the extra casts of Strafing & Decisive Sniping. Make sure that you stay at maximum range as long as possible to make use of 
Eagle Vision's increasesd flat damage.
Equipment
These are the first items you should strive for after leveling as they are very easy to get and upgrade or trait as needed. However, you shouldn't try to trait these items too much as you won't be spending too much time playing with this setup. The green accessories however are very easy to trait as you can craft many of them quickly in order to get the correct traits so you should consider traiting them until you change into purples.
This is the gear you should be wearing during the midgame. It is comprised of gear you can get either from dungeons or by grinding contracts, they are relatively easy to trait up and you will spend most of the time wearing this set before advancing into the late game so traiting these items is very important.
AS OF 26/09/2024: THIS PART OF THE GEARING WINDOW IS RESERVED FOR END GAME (TIER 2 ITEMS) THAT AREN'T AVAILABLE YET IN THE WESTERN VERSION OF THE GAME AND ARE STILL BEING RELEASED IN KOREA. THAT FOR, IT REMAINS A WORK IN PROGRESS AND YOU CAN SAFELY IGNORE THIS PART UNTIL WESTERN RELEASE OF TIER 2.
This is the the best in slot gear and the most difficult to acquire. It is comprised of gear you won't get easily, requiring large amounts of Lucent to buy off the auction house or requiring you to be part of a dominating guild on your server. Some of the pieces come from tier 2 dungeons and are difficult to acquire and trait up.

Crossbow:
Allocate 9 points into Chain Fire to enhance your raw damage and increase your damage output. Invest the remaining 3 points into Regen to further increase the amount healed by Amitoi Heal by an additional 6% which can prove helpful during contract grinding in particular when you don't have a healer.
Longbow:
Spend 9 points into Sniping for higher DPS. Then, invest the remaining 3 points into Check for additional damage and bind chance, which will aid your Ensnaring Arrow skill.
Rotations
- This is your main DPS rotation, try to be as stationary as possible when using this to make use of Rapidfire Stance. Start the rotation with
Deadly Marker to improve your critical rate on the target before applying Mortal Mark for delayed damage based on the damage you do next. Use 
Thorn Gale to increase the amount of projectiles your abilities deliver and Selfless Diffusion to increase your off-hand attack chance and boost the damage of 
Merciless Barrage. Use 
Blitz to restart the cooldown on Deadly Marker before using Merciless Barrage as filler damage then use Merciless Barrage again followed by Ensnaring Arrow, Decisive Sniping & Zephyr's Nock.
Nature's Blessing: Make sure you call out whenever you use Nature's Blessing so the mage/s in your group can use 
Inner Peace and refill their entire mana with that.
Selfless Diffusion: This is your main defensive ability and should be used when bosses or mobs root you in order to avoid the follow-up damage.
Useful Information
- Select Lady Knight Kamarshea as your guardian; it provides essential protection with its shield, capable of absorbing damage equal to 50% of your mana. This not only aids in mitigating damage but also increases your cooldown speed in order to let you cast your abilities more often.
