Infernal Twinblades & Panacea Fan PvP Build
- Easy to Play
- Good AOE Healing
- Good Damage
- Revive
- Low Skill Ceiling
- Can be boring to play
- Squishy
Overview
This setup works well for new players who want to try PVP in Where Winds Meet. The build centers on the
Panacea Fan, which can heal and revive allies, making it a strong option for players who want a healer role. While the generic
Panacea Fan and
Soulshade Umbrella combo is reliable, it offers very little to no damage. In this build, the
Infernal Twinblades provides the extra damage needed for both solo play and group fights. The
Panacea Fan
Resurrection skill also adds a lot of value, making this setup very strong and difficult to pass on in all PVP situations.
Martial Arts
Gear
While the Gear part of the build is still under development and more information will come soon, you should use the Ivorybloom + Whirlsnow set combo if you cannot get your hands on Eaglerise + Rainwhisper, but this is the main goal.
Inner Way
For defense and survivability, include
Trapped Beast, which triggers a shield whenever your HP drops low, giving you a chance to survive incoming combos and live in situations where you normally wouldn't. Add extra damage with
Echoes of Oblivion in order to boost your light attack damage. Using
Restoring Blossom is very important to help increase healing further and make the
Panacea Fan even more powerful of a choice. And finally the most obvious choice for the build is
Morale Chant, a major DPS and Healing booster that increases both your damage and healing with every hit/heal.
Mystic Skills
Serene Breeze is the core skill for PVP, as it can break you out of CC chains and create an opening to recover in a fight. For crowd control and to deal Qi damage to your enemies,
Leaping Toad and
Talon Strike are both helpful because they can knock enemies down.
Talon Strike, however, is harder to land and does lower damage, but its importance comes from the ability to go through block, making it valuable when dealing with players who rely heavily on blocking.
Cloud Steps is useful for catching enemies off guard and for closing the gap quickly, though it can still be blocked.
Dragon's Breath offers fast damage inside combos and can also act as a defensive option when enemies rush in or you are forced into a wall.
Meridian Touch adds ranged pressure and can be used to fake attacks or even use it to Execute targets from a distance. For defense,
Golden Body is a strong choice. Even though it costs a lot of vitality, it provides significant protection by granting Fortitude (CC immunity).
Rotations
- Look for a chance to catch an enemy with
Addled Mind. After landing it, perform a full light attack combo, then use
Addled Mind again. Repeat this process two more times until all uses of
Addled Mind are gone.
- After that, move into
Calamity's Greed and
Free Morph, then back away and use
Flamelash to gain CC immunity before starting another combo or play defensively while you maintain the CC immunity.
Cloudburst Healing is useful when you need to heal several allies at once, whether you are fighting together or pulling back to regroup.
Light Dust After Morning Rain provides a healing buff for you and an ally who may be low on health. This skill also changes into
Resurrection, allowing you to revive fallen teammates.
