I main Bladesworn in PvE, but I don't think this defensive variation is viable in PvP right now. There are simply better Warrior builds available. The biggest issue is that Bladesworn really relies on Flow Stabilizer, Overcharged Cartridges, and Dragonspike Mine to consistently reset Dragon Slash and get value from its kit. The power version makes much more sense, but stacking stability and trying to play a defensive / condition version just doesn't utilize what makes Bladesworn strong. In PvE, the spec works great due to its high damage potential, and I personally enjoy playing Axe/Pistol. In PvP, though, it has too many weaknesses. Dragon Slash is heavily telegraphed, easy to interrupt, and easy to counter. Its condition damage is also underwhelming compared to specs like Necro or Conduit, while its sustain isn't enough to make up for the lack of pressure. Bladesworn was much stronger a few years ago before its PvP nerfs. In its current state, I don't think it's a competitive ranked pick. You'd get much more value playing Reaper, Scrapper, Soulbeast, Engineer, or most other meta builds. Overall, I'd rate this build 2/5. It's something you can mess around with in unranked, but I wouldn't recommend bringing it into ranked unless the spec receives significant buffs.
