Overview
This PvP Tempest build is meant to be played in team-fights and falls somewhere between a support and a damage dealer. It doesn't directly compete with the main support however it could be a secondary useful support.

Usage
General
The majority of your boons come from your Jade Sphere in various attunements.
- Fire -
Might - Water -
Resolution and 
Vigor - Air -
Fury - Earth -
Protection and 
Aegis
The basic concept is to cycle through all four attunements, dropping the Jade Sphere in each one, along with any skills that provide boons:
- On Warhorn: for Might and Fury, for
Regeneration, for 
Swiftness, and for Protection and boon extension.
Ratings
A rather enjoyable Cata variant to use for those who wants to do their daily rank games but don't want to go full tryhard or spam the same handful of meta builds. Changes I'll make to make it more solo que friendly is Water 3-2-2 for more consistant cleanse (can never be too safe against chills), Earth 3-2-2 (abuse aurashare), and Catalyst 3-3-1 (more jade sphere uptime & stability). This is perfectly doable with D/D or even D/F version should you wish to. Your gameplay remains mostly the same as the D/D cata duelist, and so does your weaknesses. The only thing to keep in mind when using D/WH is that instead of going to side node, you function better in teamfight due to the nature of WH able to put extended pressure on the node.
