Overview

Power based conduit for roaming and team fights (Attack Damage Carry). Thanks to [Cosmic Wisdom] and the huge amount of power it gives you, you can focus more on defense, allowing you to have a good amount of survivability and a solid burst window.

Build Explanation

• Invocation is where we are going to get a lot of our healing. Roiling Mists combos really well with Relic of Zakiros and Ferocious Aggression.
• Retribution is a must because it gives great Vigor and Resolution. You will also be building lots of Might with Vicious Reprisal.
• Conduit is where most of your condi cleanse will be coming from with Ethereal Purification cleasing 2 conditions everytime you use Cosmic Wisdom. (cant link the traits and skills yet)

Invocation

• Cleansing Channel can replace Glaring Resolve, this would do well against a condi team and with Enhanced Embodiment reducing recharge on legend swap, you would see a lot more usage from Cleansing Channel.

Conduit

• The choice beetween Conductive Armaments and Lingering Determination ( lingering determination ) depends on your preference to gain Affinity
• If you want more healing and less condi clear take Expanded Consciousness, this has great synergy with Conductive Armaments with another little heal every time you use a weapon skill that costs energy.

Usage

General

• Depending on the match up this build can either be a roamer or an ADC (Attack Damage Carry). With about 2600 armor you can stand to take a couple hits and if you are able to keep up aggresion you'll see constant healing.

Burst Combo

• • Cosimic Wisdom (Cosimic Wisdom)
  • Phase Traversal

  • Chilling Isolation

• If you are already in combat and really want to one shot someone use Enchanted Daggers before everything else. If you are not in combat wait a second before teleporting so you have enough energy to finish the combo.

• When fighting on node Eternity's Requiem and Mist Unleashed will shred the enemy team if you use Cosmic Wisdom (Cosmic Wisdom).
• Legend Razah also has Twin Moon Sweep which has good AOE and can be incredibly dangerous if you can connect both hitboxes. The cast time is long and should be used carefully.
  • Beguiling Haze is a slow moving projectile that will teleport you upon landing. Because it is a slower attack using it in melee range is a great way to make sure it hits. The move itself is unblockable and can be recast three times so long as you keep hitting someone. If you use Cosmic Wisdom Cosmic Wisdom before casting you'll see an even bigger increase in damage because of Razah's Cosmic Wisdom passive, activating a scythe every time you use a Razah skill.

Self Sustain & Disengaging

• Most of your healing is going to come from lifesteal so maintaining Fury will be detrimental.
  • Fury can be gained from Invoker's Rage, Numinous Gift (if you use Cosmic Wisdom on Razah), Phantom's Onslaught, and Riposting Shadows.

• Condition Cleanse can be done with Hex-Eater Vortex which is only an 8 second cooldown and Cosmic Wisdom Cosmic Wisdom. You will also clear one condition every 1 second with Ethereal Purification.

• Your weapons will give you a decent amount of blocking and evasion with Crystal Hibernation, Imperial Guard, and Unrelenting Assault.

Healing

• The burst healing on this build isn't great but the high armor allows you to take a lot of risky burst plays for fast healing. Enchanted Daggers is your best healing skill and also a great way to burst enemies. Razah's Shielding Hands isn't great for healing but gives -75% incoming condition and damage. This can be used to kite and also stall until more options come off cooldown.
  • Envoy of Exuberance is good for a quick heal and also gives Protection and Aegis. Crystal Hibernation can also be a good way to heal and stall.

• There is a heavy focus on Resolution to dampen the the damage from conditions until you can use Cosmic Wisdom (Cosmic Wisdom) to cleanse and turn the fight around with your damage buff.
