Conduit - Power DPS
This is a test build. You may comment and rate it.
Focused on: Direct damage
Designed for: Fractals and Raids
Overview
A power DPS build for Conduit that scales well with hitbox size.
Due to legend swaps having reduced cooldowns, weapons swaps are not aligned with them, which may feel unintuitive for experienced Revenant players.
Skill Bar
- Players without Secrets of the Obscure don't have a strong second weapon set for DPS, so Greatsword can be replaced with Staff for access to more CC. This is also an option if you prefer the simplicity or want the extra utility, though it is a moderate DPS loss.
Template Code
Specializations
- is taken to provide a small amount of group
Might, but it offers no damage so you could take either of the other options if you prefer more sustain or higher personal
Might generation. - Run and if not using Greatsword.

- In situations where sustain is more important than maximum damage, you can take over for a minor dps loss in exchange for great self sustain. If this is somehow still not enough sustain, you can also consider for even more self sustain at an additional cost of dps.

Usage
Rotation
Start on and Greatsword. You can pre-cast for a bit of extra damage if desired.
Thanks to , legend swaps have a much shorter cooldown than usual. As such, on each weapon the structure is broadly the same - you begin in and use each of your DPS skills once, swap to and use twice while regularly using to trigger as often as possible, then back to to get a second use of your key weapon skills, before swapping weapon.
Throughout the rotation, use off cooldown.
benefits from explanation: This skill throws a projectile, and triggers a shadowstep if it hits a target. In melee range this doesn't matter too much, but if used at range the shadowstep will interrupt any skill you may have started casting afterwards, so care should be taken.
If it hits a target, you can reactivate the skill twice more for no energy cost (the tooltip also says it has no cast time, which is half true - the throw has no cast time, but the shadow step still does).
This skill (and ) will trigger , which has a four-second cooldown, so the timing is carefully arranged to maximise the number of triggers.
Opener
- - this is instant cast, so you can use it at the same time as Eternity's Requiem
Weapon Swap
Sword Loop
- - this triggers
- ⇒
- - this exact timing is a small optimisation for DPS, but not essential
- ⇒ ⇒
- - this is a priority skill that will interrupt Chilling Isolation if cast too soon
- - the damage from Gladiator's Defense occurs instantly but the skill does have a cast time, so immediately using this is desirable to cancel the animation
- - you can use this during the cast of Twin Moon Sweep
- ⇒ ⇒ x2

Opener

Razah Loop
- - on the first loop after the opener, you will need to do an auto chain first (and skip one later)
- ⇒ ⇒ x2
- - you can use this during the cast of Twin Moon Sweep
Shiro Loop
- - on the first loop after the opener you should use Release Potential first
- ⇒ ⇒ x2

General Usage
Break bars
Due to their large energy costs (or requirement to swap to staff) all of this build's CC options will result in a large drop-off in your DPS. However, they are all powerful AoE control effects so they can be used to rescue your group from dangerous situations and are well worth pressing once you get comfortable with resetting your burst windows.
- has a large energy cost for relatively low CC output, but can still be useful given the correct situation.
- (only if using Staff) is one of the strongest CC skills in the game. However be aware that this is only a last resort CC option, as it will reduce your damage enormously just to bring a staff at all, even if you never use it. If possible, step back from the target slightly before casting this to maximize the impacts that land on the boss. Be careful using this skill near the edges of platforms, such as on Xera or the final boss of the Chaos fractal as the forced movement can send you over the edge.
