Overview
This Cele Harbinger build focuses on boosting both the damage and survivability of minions by sharing extra life steal and boons with them. It's a more bursty yet still fairly high sustain take on MM Necro for WvW roaming.

Alacrity helps your CD recovery, which is especially useful if your minions got killed. Endurance regen food is highly recommended with this relic.

- - adds an extra minion to the build. While the Jagged Horror is weak, it does synergize with all of your minion related traits including the condi transfer and extra carapace stacks. The biggest downside is the CD on the relic - the Jagged Horror can only be summoned once every 2 minutes, which makes it lose value in longer fights (especially if it dies early).

I actually like this one a lot for 1v1s. The damage and sustain are both high. It may have some problems with highly mobile ranged specs where the minions can hardly catch up, but you can still use them to bodyblock things like Deadeye projectiles while you're trying to get close. The build is fairly decent at medium range too so it's not really a dealbreaker. Doesn't scale well in 1vX though, the pressure is often too high for the minions to handle (plus they only really damage one target at a time) and you die very easily in a stunlock with 2 or more people on you. Still, it definitely works and you can absolutely catch people offguard since nobody expects a MM nec, and the single target damage is quite high. Fun and easy to play build that produces good results.
