Endure Pain can be replaced with:

• Signet of Might - if unblockable attacks are needed in a matchup.

• Signet of Stamina - mass cleanse with extra endurance regen on passive, which has good synergy with both the Strength and Defense specializations.

• "Shake It Off!" - low CD cleanse and stunbreak.

Weapons

• Dagger/Sword over Greatsword is also a viable option. Take Great Fortitude on Strength.
