with provides a large part of your boon removal, use it as often as possible

- If you can, cast
|
CC
- Use at range or when the enemy group is moving away, never while the enemy is crossing or pushing into yours
- can be canceled with a Stow Weapon keybind after ~0.25s into the cast and will still finish casting
- Use Stability in range when your group is spiking or you see an enemy without
Ratings
A solid damage build for reaper in the current condi meta. However, this isn't a meta build in my opinion. Condi scourge definitely fill the necro dps role due to it's dmg output as well as utility (transfusion and barrier). Shout Reaper should be knocked down to the Great category.
It is an "okay" build which could be played if you don't hace scourge available (which has a better toolset for your group)
