Been play testing this old outdated build. But with a few changes. Second Opinion instead of Consume Shadows as when we use Consume Shadows it eats all of our shadowforce when we leave it. Second Opinion is a small dps increase because we use the daggers auto attack chain and the venom applied. Been getting 13k-15k damage not bad but not great. Also I am not the best player and haven't memorized a rotation down but I play my best that is what I get usually. Sometimes 11k or 12k. Also I used duel pistols as a second weapon set just incase I do pve content with range phases not the best second weapon set. I think when secrets of obscure comes out I'll try rifle as a back up range weapon as it will apply power damage from farer/safer distance away but still need to be on group to have boons!
But any way power specter! Is it fun or the best? Yes fun! Best? Not by a long shot. Was trying power alac specter getting way less damage on that then again the only builds I found are out dated stuff. So I am not sure what utilities to run. But it was fun nonetheless was getting 8k-10k but that doesn't say much! As a dps I feel like your supposed to do more damage than the healers. Average for some healers I think is 5k dps but getting 3k higher isn't that much. Again not a pro at the rotation & don't it tbh & don't care to learn like that I just play deal damage smash buttons and look cool. I think for pug groups & easy strike missions you can
There sadly isn't much point in a power Specter build within raids. There are no power damage modifiers in the Specter traitline and Thief players wanting to pursue power will be better served by a Daredevil or Deadeye build.
While playable, there are multiple weaknesses to this build and it is ineffective in raids and strikes.
