Utility
- over - adds some much needed
Resistance to the build while keeping the
Stability from . While it's a stunbreak, it only breaks stuns for allies as it has a casttime.
- over - both are stunbreaks with
Stability. The signet provides passive mitigation while untouched, while the stance offers stronger mitigation but only while active. The stance is also better against boon removal, as it applies Stability periodically. These are equally viable options.
- over - if you need unblockable attacks in a matchup.

The build itself is strong but in the VoE era it just pales in comparison to the newer specs. Great damage, good mobility and CC, okay sustain although the lack of Resistance can be felt, which is especially painful in an FA Evoker infested meta.
It's the second best warrior build in the current meta. The best one being Support Paragon. It's not that easy to play but you deal tons of damage after a CC.
It's not too bad tbh, but man letting go of staff for GS even with the GS trait in Strength is a big ask. The level of survivability and versatility staff provides is hard to ignore, and Might Makes Right can only help so much, even with Heretic Amulet. Even post staff nerfs, it just gives amazing defense that GS just can't provide. That being said, Rivers Relic helps a ton with MMR, and can finally start making Strength Spb a bit more survivable. Honestly I run this with staff, even with the GS trait still being used, to help it stay survivable while still doing good damage and gaining some might. TLDR mmr needs another buff and/or GS needs more love to compete with staff's versatility.
