This build, as shown here, is definitely underpowered compared to how good it could be with some minor changes: 1) Drop Domination for Chaos 212 or 213. Domination doesn't add enough to a Spear build to be worth bringing over the boon output and condi cleanse that Chaos provides. (If you do this, use Runes of Surging or Fireworks) 2) Consider listing Dueling 231 and/or 233 as an option instead of Illusions. You'll have fewer shatters, but you'll gain a source of Vigor, another source of Fury, reduced CD on Sword skills, and either more Crit Damage or Blade generation. 3) List Infinite Forge as an option alongside Psychic Riposte. In real environments, you'll have plenty of Blade generation from Spear 2->5->2->4, so getting the 10% damage on Blade skills is nice. 4) Go full Marauder. Yes, you waste precision on Spear 2, but the extra health and extra crit chance on everything else more than makeup for it. 5) List Torch as a defensive option over Pistol. This gives an additional source of stealth and cleanse.
