* Pros:

** High DPS

** Can be pre-cast multiple times to stack your elementals (cast before a fight starts)

* Cons:

** Can be clunky in the open world as elementals will die when you mount up

** If you are not able to pre-cast this skill stacking your elementals prior to starting an instanced encounter you will not be able to get the most out of this skill

** Encounters such as the Kaineng Overlook strike will also kill all your elementals making this skill sub-optimal

** Damage can be RNG based

This equipment set up is aimed at entirely new players who have just hit level 80 and are therefore looking to buy their first set of gear cheaply off the trading post. This is not intended to be the optimal set up but rather a very effective build to develop and upgrade in the future.

To gear this build you will want to search the specific stats on the trading post and buy the exotic versions of the armour and trinkets (note back will be rare but that's ok!). Generally you will be looking for the following:

* Acquire your helm by purchasing the [https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Ice_Golem%27s_Maw_Box Ice Golem's Maw Box]. Note, you will have 100% burning duration without using vipers so you can stick to ogden's for this gear piece if you choose but given you will likely upgrade to vipers in the near future it makes sense to start out with this helm instead

* You can upgrade the shoulders to vipers for a few extra gold by purchasing [https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Shoulders_of_the_Ebon_Vanguard_Choice_Chest Shoulders of the Ebon Vanguard Choice Chest]

* For the rest of your armour you will generally buy Ogden's gear - just search Ogden's on the trading post

* Upgrade all of your trinkets with [https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Exquisite_Chrysocola_Jewel Exquisite Chrysocola Jewels]
