Overview
A boon support healer build for Specter. Provides permanent Alacrity, Fury, Swiftness and Vigor. This build has a lot of overlap with the healing variant of the Condi Boon Support, so you can mix and match options between these to suit your group.

Usage

This set is used for DPS, and the rotation revolves around stealthing yourself and using

Dagger/Pistol can be swapped too as needed for the CC from

Scepter/Dagger
Opener
- - this step can be skipped or moved if the CC will be needed shortly

- You should never run out of Initiative with the loop as by the time you're low you should be ready to go back to the opener, giving you time to regenerate initiative to go back to your loop

- Rotate your wells to keep alacrity up and always keep on cooldown.
- Save and if possible for break bar damage
- Switch to Pistol if you need an interrupt or blind
- For extra break bar damage you can use Mind Shock after
