Overview
A bursty condition build for open world, this spec offers the highest in-combat mobility in the game, tied with thief, along with extremely high burst damage and great sustained damage. It also has the advantage of not requiring high overall condi duration since it only applies Burning, which gives more freedom on the overall gear options and cheaper budget variants.

The overall rotation is full priority-based due to
dynamically reducing the cooldowns of your skills. Use the following skills, with descending priority:- &
- Never delay
- The time in between should be filled with auto attacks
- should only be used whenever all others are on cooldown for at least 3 seconds.
Survivability
- makes you pretty much immortal as long as it is active, so save your dodges and blocks for the times outside of it.
- and can be used for additional mobility and defense in between casts of . Note that you can only have one virtue active at a time, so you should try to not cancel too early.

Ratings
Extremely good burst, one of the highest dps solo builds. It is worth noting that roughly half of your dps comes from having Rushing Justice's (F1) passive up. The build focuses on burning damage which gives it a lot of gear flexibility. Its only major weakness is its defences are heavily focused on cooldowns. This allows for swapping out traits and utility at the cost of some dps, but there isnt much passive sustain. CC is decent, aoe/cleave is good, there are multiple good options for getting stab and condi cleanse.
Condi Willbender is a reliable, high damage build that features very high CC and mobility with moderate ability to defend itself with Crashing Courage and other powerful defensive tools such as Advance, Stand Your Ground, and Wall of Reflection. An absolutely incredible build for open world and well worth learning.
