Condition quickness chronomancer is an extremely niche build that provides permanent Quickness to its subgroup while dealing condition damage. The damage comes from Torment and Confusion so this build is only played at a few selected encounters, most commonly: Twin Largos Assassins, Soulless Horror, and sometimes Cairn and Matthias.
