Skill Bar
- The stealth from can cause issues for the group as it interrupts autoattacks and can disrupt tanking and other thieves' rotation. It may be easier to swap it out for another well or other utility.

Condi Variant
You can swap in Plaguedoctor stats for a massive damage boost and almost no loss of healing, but the boon duration is significantly lower - you want to make sure it's at least 60% or you might as well be running the healing variant of the DPS alacrity build.

Usage
The two weapon sets have different playstyles:
Scepter/Dagger
This set is used for DPS, and the rotation revolves around stealthing yourself and using
to build up barrier via . This barrier is then shared to allies with every well usage thanks to . This rotation offers less support, and relies upon the barrier remaining on you, making it worse in high-pressure encounters.
Sword/Pistol
Sword/Pistol can be swapped too as needed for the CC from
, or burst healing. On this set you provide heals by spamming and to repeatedly trigger . This is higher healing, but significantly lower DPS than Scepter/Dagger.
Scepter/Dagger

- Repeat Opener after and are off cooldown
- Rotate your wells to keep alacrity up and always keep on cooldown.
- Save and if possible for break bar damage
- Switch to Pistol if you need an interrupt or blind
- For extra break bar damage you can use Mind Shock after
Sword/Pistol
Sword/Pistol doesn't have a fixed rotation. As you don't need to be concerned with barrier management, you can just use
, wells, and as they come off cooldown while spending your initative on spamming and and .
