Overview

Condition quickness chronomancer is an extremely niche build that provides permanent Quickness to its subgroup while dealing condition damage. The damage comes from Torment and Confusion so this build is only played at a few selected encounters, most commonly: Twin Largos Assassins, Soulless Horror, and sometimes Cairn and Matthias.

Elite

• Signet of Humility should be used if an encounter involves large, infrequent breakbars.
• Gravity Well can be used if an encounter has many small breakbars.
• Time Warp can be used when the CC from Gravity Well/Signet of Humility is not required.

Specialization Variants

• Running Inspiration instead of Dueling will give you access to Inspiring Distortion and 5-target Signet of Inspiration through Blurred Inscriptions, at a significant DPS loss.

• Chaos can be taken instead of Dueling as a quick-fix if you need more survivability or boon duration.
• You should use a Torch with The Pledge in this case as you won't have Duelist's Discipline.
• Consider Chaotic Interruption on Soulless Horror if you're afraid of Stability getting corrupted into Fear.

Toughness variant

• Since this build is exclusively played as a tank, the recommended gear includes toughness by default. This set provides 1503 toughness. If you need more, use more Trailblazer gear. If you need less, use more Viper gear.
• You need about 10% boon duration to upkeep permanent quickness, this set provides 20% to provide margin of error at a minor DPS loss.

1. Time Warp - if you are not using Time Warp, you will need to modify the opening to enter Continuum Split sooner to start providing quickness.
2. Ether Clone scepter auto chain to generate a clone (You don't need a target to cycle through the chain, so you can start the chain before engaging the boss)
