Nerfed into the ground now it seems. And unplayable due to 4 or 5 on 1 focus.

Reason:

Nerfing shouts by like 4 seconds of CD is not "nerfed into the ground", especially considering how the build even got buffed recently (Scepter boon corrupt). It's still one of the most popular builds around. --Hanz (talk) 08:14, 6 September 2024 (UTC)
