Overview
Condi Harbinger is a fast and mobile build that deals damage through Torment, Bleeding, and Burning. It also provides very high uptime of Quickness, Fury, and Might to itself and nearby allies. It also has great CC capabilities through , and .
The main downside is how squishy it is.
does not replace your health bar unlike or . On top of that, you have reduced maximum health from your profesion mechanic accumulating Blight. This leaves you very vulnerable to burst damage, but you do have some healing over time from and can stay moderatly safe by fighting from range.

Usage
Your

Boons
You provide Quickness and Fury periodically while in , so don't delay it too much. also provides quickness.
You probably will not be able to maintain permanent quickness if you don't have Alacrity from external sources and a high tier Jade Bot Core, which increases vitality and thus concentration due to . You can consider using one or two Ritualist trinkets to help maintain quickness.
Survivability
- is your main source of healing, so use it whenever you need it. Make sure to throw it close to yourself to apply the stacks of Blight to yourself.
- You heal passively for every stack of Blight through , so try to have many stacks on you. If you want to maintain 20-25 stacks at the cost of some damage, skip and because they are the main sources of Blight consumption.
