Overview

A condition DPS Soulbeast build for raids and fractals. The build is very straightforward to play and presses its skills off cooldown to deal high Bleeding, Burning, and Poison damage. As it has a high ramp up time, it works best on bosses without phases.

Weapon Variants

• Short Bow can be taken instead of Axe/Dagger if you're forced to range the boss or can make use of Light on your Feet.

Pet Variants

• Use 24px Juvenile Warthog instead of 24px Juvenile Lynx for Brutal Charge (porcine) for more CC at a small DPS loss.
• 24px Juvenile Iboga can be taken instead of 24px Juvenile Lynx on bosses that move or attack frequently. In this case use Rune of Superior Rune of the Afflicted, and replace the Sigil of Superior Sigil of Bursting with Sigil of Superior Sigil of Malice on Axe and mainhand Dagger respectively.
• If you have enough time to precast, you can use 24px Juvenile Bristleback and precast Sharpen Spines before the fight, then switch back to 24px Juvenile Lynx for a small DPS increase.

Skill Variants

Healing Skills

• Bear Stance over "We Heal As One!" in condition-heavy fights to clear conditions from yourself and your allies.

Utility Skills

• Sun Spirit over Viper's Nest if there isn't already one present.
• Spike Trap over Viper's Nest where CC will be needed, e.g. Cardinal Sabir.

Elite Skills

• Entangle over One Wolf Pack for extra immobilize when needed.

Specialization Variants

• Light on your Feet can be taken if where there is enough downtime to stack up the buff with dodges and Quick Shot. This is particularly useful in fractals. In such cases, you may wish to take Short Bow if you can also flank reliably.

Usage

The logic behind this rotation is to always Quick Draw Bonfire and Splitblade and fill in the gaps with other condition damage skills.

Fill in gaps between weapon skills with utility skills in this priority order:

General

• Always use Sharpening Stone, Vulture Stance, and One Wolf Pack immediately when they come off cooldown. The first two are instant cast so you can cast them during other skills.
