Harbinger - Quickness Support Healer

Overview

Fan of healscourge build i was sad that i cant play it in raids due to the impossibility to bring quickness or Alacrity So i decided to work around the Harbinger and find a solution. I tried this build on many raids or strikes and i'm pride to tell you that it do the job !

The Goal here is to put Quickness and heal, so stay in Harbinger Shroud for quickness and use Voracious Arc to heal (and port deads to you).

  • Other sources of heal :
  1. Locust Swarm (Life steal)
  2. Elixir of Promise (Direct Heal + Regen)
  3. Mark of Blood (Regen)

A bit of a meme, but was surprisingly effective when I tried it. The lack of protection on what is already a weak healer is a bit of a killer, but the absurd frequency of its transfusions does give it some value, especially as a secondary healer or when paired with a dps alac that can provide the missing protection.

Gandorpheus's comment below is spot-on, and I can add very little to it. It can barely deal with the "moderately threatening" pulsing arena damage on the player themself, let alone others, and any kinds of spike damage during actual encounters find basically no answer here. It *does* provide full Quickness and Fury uptime and reasonable Regeneration, but by themselves those can only do so much, and the survivability this build grants is negligible. There's not really anything this build does that, for example, Heal Quickbrand doesn't do better; if you're dead set on having a healer Necromancer then you should just go with a Scourge build instead, and if you really want to do Quickness then go for a DPS Harbinger build.
