A Condition damage PvP Mechanist build created to deal massive damage in teamfights with high burst and good CC.

- Mace - similar DPS with higher boon uptime (Regen, Vigor), more explosions/finishers, barrier, and a stun. Much riskier due to melee range. Much better vs. enemies with missile blocks/reflects.
- x/Pistol - a trading survivability for additional damage and ranged soft CC.
Rune
- is better vs. most Power builds.
Sigil
- is more damage against enemies with few cleanses.
- for higher damage vs. enemies with few cleanse when running x/Pistol.
- can be more DPS than Agony/Smoldering, especially when using a Mace.
Usage

Engage by activating Superconducting Signet + Discharge Array + Rolling Smash. Use most skills off cooldown. Can set up CC chains with Static Shot + Glue Shot + Sky Circus.
Ratings
When someone in my guild is trying to dabble in PvP this is what I link them. Very easy beginner build that can produce good results. It doesn't need to be the best to get some wins and max out some dailies, just good enough. And it's exactly that.
Any spec can counter it atm, Good for anything below bronze rank (if we got wood 5)
It's simple and easy but falls short outside of silver imo. will be more valuable to ur team if you can play scrapper or holo instead.
Superconducting signet carries it, it's the only saving grace of Mech and condi engi as a whole. The burst is good. It's what I'd call a "noobstomper", still a popular build in low elo where people aren't good at fighting conditions but gets outplayed hard in plat where its weaknesses are starting to really show.
It's not really "good" but it's in the realm of being playable in some ranked games. I think the mobility saves it, because it can't 1v1, +1 or teamfight as well as many other builds, but it can do a bit of everything and Rocket Boots gives it the mobility to simply leave a fight and try being useful elsewhere or at worst act as a decap bot. It has flexibility. Recent pistol buffs helped a little but Firearms as a spec is still too gutted in PvP for no reason, I mean we're not even taking the condi trait in the 2nd slot for a condi build because it's so nerfed. Superconducting Signet in theory is really strong but because of how clunky the mech is hitting anyone with it for 2 pulses should be an art form. The only reason I think we should have this build is because it's the best Mechanist (and condi Engi in general) can do, and there's a real demand for Mechanist in the playerbase from what I see in ranked even if it's not that strong. People will play Mech whether it's good or bad, and if we don't have a build for it then more people will play worse versions of it and that's not helping anyone. Maybe I'm being too negative, it's really not terrible, for average ratings this is fine and the traits/skills are well optimized, it's just not a very strong spec right now. I'll admit it's fun when it works.
This is so strong that its toxic to play against. Without a good cleanse in your party youre lost.
