{{Tooltip|Longbow}} its taken as a ranged option, however this specialization suffers heavily at range and this should only be reserved for emergencies, especially since you cannot weapon swap in combat.

Your weapon choices are largely up to personal preference, as most weapons bring something useful to the table here and you will spend a lot of your time in Gunsaber. We default to {{Tooltip|Mace}} / {{Tooltip|Pistol}} due to its balance of CC, defense, and damage thanks to Mace's block and high {{Tooltip|Vulnerability}} application. We've listed other viable options below:
* {{Tooltip|Greatsword}} - provides evasion and mobility along with decent area damage
+
* {{Tooltip|Axe|Mainhand Axe}} - high single target damage
 +
* {{Tooltip|Mace|Mainhand Mace}} - balance weapon with great damage, defense, and cc
 +
* {{Tooltip|Sword|Mainhand Sword}} - good single target DPS with fantastic mobility
 +
* {{Tooltip|Axe|Offhand Axe}} - great cleave, supplies minor {{Tooltip|Quickness}}
 +
* {{Tooltip|Pistol}} - good for activating {{Trait|Brave Stride}} and maintaining {{Trait|Guns and Glory}}, great burst damage
 +
* {{Tooltip|Mace|Offhand Mace}} - great damage due to {{Tooltip|Vulnerability}} application and excellent CC
 +
* {{Tooltip|Greatsword}} - viable option but is basically a worse version of {{Tooltip|Sword}}/{{Tooltip|Pistol}}
 +

 +
If a ranged option is absolutely required, consider {{Tooltip|Longbow}}. With that said, {{Tooltip|Bladesworn}} is abysmal at range and you'd be better off playing Berserker or even Core Warrior (or another class entirely) if you want ranged DPS.

This build works really well in most all PVE content. I certainly don't have any problems beating everything to a pulp.
