Extremely tanky to the point where it shouldn't lose a 1v1 to anything imo, except for maybe a good Deadeye. With Axe even the burst is good. You're basically immune to conditions, have perma alacrity (among many other boons), good might stacking and so on. Everything a celestial build needs to be strong, this build has.
