Overview

Hi its Night. This is a outnumbered roaming build focused around the Upper Hand trait restoring initiative, and applying condis on dodges with relic of mirage, Deadly Ambition, and sigil of torment. The idea of this build is that the idea of applying damage while remaining effectively invuln actually works in the current patch.

Usage

General

  • Point 1 Hi guys it's Night. So for this one your going to want to focus on chaining dodges and letting the damage come from your evades. Upper Hand Restores 1 initiative on dodge and one on evade on a 4 second cooldown each respectively. Dagger 3 skill "Death Blossom" will do 3 stacks of bleed, 2 stacks of poison, 4 stacks of torment, and weakness if everything procs which it usually does. On the axe set, even on or two axes will make the axe dodge do similar damage due to the fact that its an evade and dual skill.
  • Point 2 When on axe. keep chaining dodges and whenever you can weave in an auto or axe 2 "Venemous Volley" do so. Axe immobilizes if 5 or more axes hit so if they do, capitalize by closing the distance and pressuring.
  • Point 3 It is best to spend iniative on dodges first so that when you use your regular dodge it replenishes initiative and doesnt cap out.
  • Point 4 Use heartseeker for mobility, and if u need initiative, do a repeated dodge heartseeker combo as each dodge restores iniative and each evade on a 4 sec cd respectively with Upper Hand.
  • Point 5 The sigil of torment is better than doom because doom will try to apply on next attack which may get defended against, but sigil of torment only procs on crit, making it more reliable. It is also aoe.

I wouldnt be surprised if this ends up everywhere, perfect for max, mid, or even skill. Also potentially good for Low Intensity. Let me know how you altered it to fit your needs.
