Virtues offers a significant damage boost, but is dependent on maintaining a high uptime of Aegis which requires skill and will not be practical on many encounters. You should also run Focus.

• It is sensible to run "Advance!" instead of Whirling Light or Purging Flames if it improves your Aegis uptime.
