Overview
Staff and Crossbow build for small-scale PvP centered around delivering rapid bursts of damage, making it highly effective in both duels and single-target assassinations in PvP encounters. While this build primarily focuses on dealing high damage, it may lack versatility in terms of providing support or utility to your group. However, it shines as a glass cannon, capable of delivering devastating damage to enemies. The Staff & Crossbow is an excellent choice for solo players who prefer the solo gameplay in PVP but the build can also act perfectly fine in small groups as they provide much needed range DPS and even some utility with the use of 
Icebound Tomb.
Attributes
Prioritize allocating points into Dexterity and Perception as they offer the greatest damage increase. Aim to reach level 30 in each stat to fully maximize your damage potential, as this is the core strength of the build. Allocate any remaining points into Wisdom to bolster your mana pool and regeneration, although mana sustain isn't a primary concern for this particular build.
Skills
Skill Priority
In terms of leveling priority, focus on upgrading 
Serial Fire Bombs and 
Chain Lightning to rare quality. Rare Serial Fire Bombs increases the amount of burn stacks you can put on a target and Chain Lightning damage is directly increased based on how many burn stacks you've applied to the target. 
Quick Fire also gains a damage boost when attacking burning/weakened targets once its leveled to rare quality. Upgrading 
Nimble Leap will improve your mobility by decreasing it's cooldown and allowing you more options to chase down targets. Keep in mind that Recoil Shot damage is also increased when used after a mobility skill like Nimble Leap or 
Frost Smokescreen. Frost Smokescreen is also an important ability to upgrade as the rare quality doubles the times you can use the ability.
When it comes to epic upgrades, prioritize following a similar order, with 
Inferno Wave taking precedence, especially if you come across epic books that can be utilized while you continue upgrading your other abilities to rare quality.
Passives Priority
Upgrading passives isn't too costly, allowing you to prioritize active skills instead. However, it's essential not to neglect them. Focus on upgrading 
Eagle Vision for a damage increase depending on the distance from your target. Prioritize 
Flame Condensation for additional burn damage, and 
Manaball Eruption for a significant boost to ranged attacks when using the staff and kiting. 
Nature's Power increases damage after using a mobility skill, synergizing well with the build's playstyle. Lastly, invest in 
Mana Amp for a flat increase to maximum HP, enhancing survivability in PVP.

Staff:
To maximize your damage output, invest 9 points into Destroy to significantly increase skill damage and magical critical hit through the Weapon Masteries. Then, allocate 3 points into Attribute for an additional boost, granting a big 10% increase in Burning Damage.
Crossbow:
Invest 9 points into Chain Fire to enhance your raw damage output and increase your kill potential. Allocate the remaining 3 points to Move, extending your range slightly and amplifying your damage further. This synergizes well with abilities like 
Toublek's Thunderous Soul and the 
Miracle of Mother Nature Clothing set, which also improve your range and facilitate kiting.
Rotations
- In this rotation, your objective is to initiate with
High Locus to gain movement speed and position yourself closely for 3 casts of Serial Fire Bombs alongside Inferno Wave. Follow up with Chain Lightning and 
Judgment Lightning for huge burst. Depending on the flow of the fight, you can utilize Nimble Leap or Frost Smokescreen to reposition and sustain your DPS with 
Recoil Shot after each reposition, ensuring to slow down your target with 
Wind Snatcher. Continue your kiting strategy by alternating between Frost Smokescreen and Nimble Leap, while integrating Recoil Shot between these movement abilities.
High Locus: Regularly utilize this ability to consistently reduce the cooldowns of your other abilities before starting a rotation. Additionally, its movement speed boost facilitates easier target pursuit or repositioning.
Selfless Diffusion: This ability allows you to remove binds such as the one from 
Ensnaring Arrow or the upgraded version of 
Shadow Strike and coupled with Frost Smokescreen can very quickly turn a situation in your favour.
Icebound Tomb: This ability is highly effective for resetting engagements or immobilizing a target to aid in your escape. Its prolonged duration freeze, combined with the lack of any in-game item capable of removing this debuff, renders it incredibly potent in 1v1 encounters and small group PvP. It proves particularly effective for neutralizing enemy healers, affording you ample time to focus on other targets.
Useful Information
- Select Lady Knight Kamarshea as your guardian; it provides essential protection with its shield, capable of absorbing damage equal to 50% of your mana. This not only aids in mitigating damage but also increases your cooldown speed in order to let you heal more often.
