Greatsword + Longbow Large Scale PvP Build
- Good Burst Damage
- High sustained DPS
- Good AoE
- Squishy
- High Skill Ceiling
Overview
This Greatsword and Longbow large-scale PvP build is capable of quickly bursting down targets with initial close-quarters damage from the Greatsword, while the Longbow allows you to remain at a safe distance during engagements with other zergs. This build also features good AoE damage from the Greatsword through Gaia Crash and Devastating Tornado along with the Longbow Brutal Arrow. It rivals other AoE focused builds and is one of the more challenging builds to play correctly.
Attributes
Allocate points primarily into Dexterity and Perception to increase your raw DPS, as these attributes provide the most significant increase in damage. Aim to reach level 30 in each stat to fully capitalize on your damage potential. Additionally, allocate remaining points into Strength to enhance your health pool and benefit from the additional damage provided by the Vital Force passive.
Skills
Skill Priority
Since we don't heavily rely on Longbow skills in this build, upgrading them remains relatively inexpensive. Prioritize upgrading Ensnaring Arrow, Zephyr's Nock, and Strafing. The combo between Ensnaring Arrow and Zephyr's Nock cannot be neglected as it deals a high amount of damage before you even push in with Precision Dash.
For the Greatsword, prioritize upgrading Stunning Blow to rare quality as it is a crucial part of your combo and its very important to increase the length of your stuns. Upgrading Death Blow to epic provides a nice damage boost as well but shouldn't be a first priority.
Passives Priority
Allocate most of the book boxes you acquire throughout the main story and events on active skills since passive skills don't require as many upgrades. Prioritize upgrading Steady Aim passive, which provides high Critical Hit against rooted enemies and complements Ensnaring Arrow and Zephyr's Nock for improved initial damage when engaging a target.
Next, focus on upgrading Robust Constitution and Vital Force passives, as they work together to provide extra damage and health. Don't overlook Cold Warrior passive, which increases critical hit chance and heavy attack chance after using Stunning Blow, significantly boosting the heavy attack chance of all abilities used on a stunned target.

Longbow:
Allocate 9 points into Sniping for the significant increase in damage it provides. Then, invest the remaining 3 points into Check for additional damage and bind chance, which will assist with your Ensnaring Arrow, making it easier to lock down targets.
Greatsword:
With the build focusing on putting out as much damage as possible, you want to put 9 points into Face Off for extra damage and heavy attack chance. The 3 remaining points will go into Charge for a bit of extra Amitoi Healing!
Rotations
- This rotation focuses on absolutely blasting any single target out of position and chasing down kills. Make sure that you are using your Bow before you begin your rotation. You start off with Ensnaring Arrow to pin them down before using Blitz to reset the ability. Zephyr's Nock and Strafing are used to tenderize your target and make them think you are just an archer. You want to switch to your greatsword before taking them by surprise with Precision Dash and stunning with Stunning Blow. You want to debuff them using Willbreaker while they're still stunned while making use of the high damage Death Blow offers against stunned targets. If the target is still alive, your Ensnaring Arrow will be used again to bind them and you can follow up with Zephyr's Nock and Strafing again while you move out of their range.
- This rotation is meant for delivering good AoE damage on clumps pulled together either by Sword players using Queen Bellandir's Blade or
targets caught by an AoE Cursed Nightmare. Start off with Brutal Arrow on top of the group before resetting the cooldown using Blitz and using it again. You want to then use Precision Dash and instantly Willbreaker players around you before using Gaia Crash & Devastating Tornado to cleanup whatever survivor remains.
- This is a short version of your Single Target Rotation. It can also be executed without Brutal Arrow if it's on cooldown! Start with Ensnaring Arrow and then use Zephyr's Nock for the boosted damage before Brutal Arrow on top of the target for maximum damage. Use Precision Dash to charge the target and Stunning Blow to keep them CC'd before using Guillotine Blade coupled with Death Blow to kill them before they could move out of your CC.
Useful Information
- Choose Lady Knight Kamarshea as your guardian; it offers vital defense with its shield, capable of absorbing damage up to 50% of your mana. This not only assists in reducing incoming damage but also accelerates your cooldown rate, enabling more frequent use of your abilities.
