Oracle - Wand + Orb PvE Build
- Good AOE Healing
- Good Support
- Incredible Shielding
- Mana Hungry
- High Skill Ceiling
Overview
This Oracle build focuses on combining the incredible healing and shielding potential of both the Wand and the Orb weapons. With the release of the Orb as a new weapon, this combination became one of the most potent healers in Throne and Liberty, capable of singlehandedly keeping groups of allies alive through high healing and shielding.
Attributes
For this build, your main stat should remain Wisdom and you should aim to reach high Wisdom to boost your max mana and make use of the ![]()
Noble Revival to increase your overall healing. Afterwards, you should prioritize Dexterity for even stronger healing and healing critical hit rate. Strength provides extra max HP and defensive stats that will help you stay alive more, especially in difficult PVE content while Perception also offers a bit of extra defensives but isn't quite as important.
Skills
Oracle’s healing comes from a mix of Orb and Wand skills, with ![]()
Healing Wave doing extra healing based on the orbs you've placed down before using the skill. Meanwhile, ![]()
Healing Wave (![]()
Void Slash) is a more direct heal over time. Panic healing can also be done with ![]()
Clay's Salvation for a quick burst of health followed by ![]()
Fountain of Life.
The shielding shouldn't be ignored either, with the main one being the ![]()
Guardian Defensive Wall which places down a high HP shield that can be further boosted based on how many orbs are placed down before using the skill. Single target shields can also be used with ![]()
Distortion Veil and of course ![]()
Invincible Wall shielding multiple allies.
Shields are further buffed by ![]()
Eternal Veil based on max mana which also boosts healing done with ![]()
Noble Revival.
![]()
Selfless Soul and ![]()
Devotion and Emptiness are two other very important passives to boost healing and shouldn't be neglected either.

Rotations
- This rotation maximizes the AOE shielding and healing you can do quickly to deny incoming damage and also heal allies. Begin by stacking down 3 orbs with

Starcalling before using
Guardian Defensive Wall to block off incoming damage aslong people stay in the shield. Then use
Clay's Salvation to heal while using
Invincible Wall to shield those that step outside the shield. Use
Fountain of Life wherever allies are stacked.
- Use

Distortion Veil to negate further damage before using
Blessed Barrier to boost incoming healing on a target before using
Restoring Constellation to apply powerful healing. Then, optionally, you can also transition into
Star Destroyer to heal some more and also spread the healing out to other allies.
- Another powerful AOE healing rotation is starting with

Starcalling to put down orbs before using
Healing Wave (
Void Slash) to burst heal allies then follow up with
Fountain of Life and
Clay's Salvation to keep healing before using
Star Destroyer for the smae reason. Keep in mind however that this rotation essentially uses all your healing skills and it should be split in two parts instead.
![]()
Enchanting Time (![]()
Time for Punishment): Use this on whatever DPS party member is doing the most damage to boost it even further.
![]()
Temporal Leap: Use this to get CDs back, use it whenever you have the chance and its off cooldown but try to stack cooldowns first before using it so it doesn't only refresh the cooldown of 1 ability.
Useful Information
- Lady Knight Kamarshea is the best all-around choice for a guardian, offering strong synergy with her shield that absorbs damage equal to 50% of your mana. This not only provides reliable protection but also speeds up cooldowns, letting you heal more often. If you’d rather take a more offensive route, Shade Revenant Stheno and Geen Ranger Elowen are excellent alternatives in party play. Stheno adds burst potential while Elowen helps control the battlefield by rooting groups of enemies.
